What happened to you YOPTO - it was the best app ever with the best support ever. We were a founding client and were involved heavily in testing and beta. It work great for a while - they pricing was introduced and support disappeared . We have attempted to upgrade our account a few times to the fully paid option, however no one has come back to us here at www.tiesncuffs.com.au MOVING TO JUDGE.ME app - $15 USD a month and does everything YOTPO does and saves me around $900 a month

Have to say Yotpo is truly our best on site app.. I believe the customers like/read/trust the reviews. Their customer service is top notch, I actually just submitted a ticket on a minor issue, and Gary wrote me back on a Sunday morning, and is handling it now. The ease of customizing the after purchase emails is fantastic, any idiot can do it... i am proof. The free service is great i am sure, but the premium is so worth it. They really are fantastic. Ron

This app offers a heck of a lot of great features for the low price of free. I am just getting started but I can see the value in their premium features and will likely be upgrading in the future. I've done lots of research and been reading the Shopify blogs and one thing that many of the successful stores have in common is their use of Yotpo.

Yotpo has become a major part of our day to day customer engagement strategy. I love that new features are constantly being added. They are growing with their customers and engaging more of our customers than we could have imagined. The cost is high for a business of our size, but I think after a year or so we will see the results of peer to peer reviews.

I have a few issues with it, mostly that it's uncustomisable without spending a LOT of money to upgrade from the free version. It's been fine though, for what it is, and has collected reviews which I'm grateful for.

It is easy to install and set up, and has thus far fetched us quite a few reviews. I wish the free version was a little more versatile or the paid versions cheaper, but I am pleased with the app and how it performs. I recommend to anyone looking for reviews within their site. Support for Yotpo is also excellent, after updating our site and losing the install, Justine fixed us right up and had back up and reviewing in no time. Highly recommend.

It has worked well for us. Unfortunately, some unverified reviews slipped by and that could have caused a problem as they were created by a competitor to make us look bad. I was able to figure it out and get them off our site.

Has tons of potential, but only for the companies that can afford $399+ a month. The free version is lacking in features and does not really compare to other free review apps. The next level up for $25 a month adds almost nothing extra. The account you really want is the Powerhouse+, because it honestly is great for new content and really putts your reviews to work. BUT the PRICE. $699 a month!!! Great UI and tons of potential, but not ideal for DIY'ers just starting out. There are other options out there with similar features for $30-$100 month. Good luck everyone.

This app is simple to use and install and I am so impressed with the results! When I started using Yotpo's emails I saw the reviews left on my site double immediately! I was previously using an automated email from mail chimp to ask customers to return to my site to leave a review, but giving them to ability to leave a review directly from their email has been huge success. The only thing I would change is to be able to change what address the email is sent from so that user can respond to the email. I am not sure if this feature is available in the paid version.

This app is works really well. I got fantastic genuine reviews from customers which are easily share on facebook and twitter. The support is fantastic as well. Every time one of my customers write in a review about not receiving their order, I get a personal email to flag me to it and I am not even on their paid service yet.
