I am new and just started and found out that some of the products I added in my store The pictures were there, but they were marked as out of stock.So I am having someone look into It. Other than that, everything has been going okay, just a few glitches here and there, my store still is not running, but I'm still learning. I Thank zendrop for being accessible to us as we learn.

Zendrop is main platform for me to select products. But I still hope Zendrop can do a good job in supplier management, especially in terms of inventory. When I just sent an order to notify Zendrop to ship, but received an email informing me that they're out of stock

Zendrop is easy to use and customer support is very responsive. Pricing is comparable to CJdropshipping, and their academy is helpful for learning how to run a store. Overall, a reliable supplier.

Hi, I noticed I was charged for Zendrop after the trial ended. However, I am not using the app anymore and have already switched to another supplier. I cancelled the subscription immediately and would really appreciate a refund for this charge if possible. Thank you for your help.

I had an issue with an order that was delivered to the wrong address due to a courier mistake, even though the customer had entered the correct details. It took some back and forth to resolve, but Juan from customer support was extremely helpful throughout the process. He took the time to understand the situation, liaised with the internal team, and helped get a refund approved. Really appreciate his support and responsiveness in getting this sorted!!!
