Honestly an amazing dropshipping service, they provide an amazing user experience, with even greater ways to add products to your shop. The customer support is always super quick and they solve and help you step by step. It's definitely worth the money. I would recommend this to anyone who is just starting out, and to experienced dropshippers!

Zendrop has been a game-changer for my Shopify store. The platform is easy to use, the product catalog is well-organized, and the fulfillment is smooth and reliable. What truly stands out is the customer support — Rose and the team are always kind, fast, and genuinely helpful. I feel like I have a partner on this journey, not just a service. Highly recommended if you want peace of mind with your dropshipping business!

I have tried many other suppliers out there and i can tell you that Zendrop is by far the best out there. Their reply is always fast, shipping time and automatic fulfilling is great! I have definately found my supplier for all my stores. Liezel was also very helpful and Knowledgeable with all my questions and concerns. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Zendrop!

I've had a consistently disappointing experience with Zendrop to date. The customer service is poor, and the fulfilment standards are well below expectations. Multiple customer orders have needed to be refunded due to inconsistencies in product quality and colour. What’s not made clear upfront is that a single order may be fulfilled by multiple suppliers, leading to mismatched items arriving with the customer. In cases where only part of the order is incorrect, Zendrop will only refund the item that is wrong—even though the entire order has to be refunded to the customer, as it no longer meets their expectations. This leaves the seller to absorb the full cost of refunds, lost ad spend, and a damaged customer relationship. The support team is extremely limited—I’ve spoken to the same few agents repeatedly—and unfortunately, they’ve offered little resolution or accountability. They do not have a complaints process so you are stuck in a loop of tickets and chats. Even worse, some customers received items made from materials that didn’t match the product listing, suggesting there’s no quality assurance process in place. (was supposed to be memory foam as listed, item arrived with cotton filling and I was told thats ok as it was "memory cotton" wtf) Overall, the platform lacks transparency, reliability, and proper support. I would strongly recommend working directly with vetted AliExpress suppliers instead to avoid the added fees, poor communication, and lack of quality control that has come to define my experience with Zendrop. AVOID

Scammers! DO NOT USE! I installed the app with the promise of 7 days FREE Trial, but as soon as i linked my first product they charged me and refused to refund! I only found out when i saw the bill from Shopify that says: Zendrop - Dropshipping & POD (Uninstalled) $29.00 Then i contacted them, but they REFUSE to refund on the ground that "5 days period for refund request expired". How can i not miss the 5 days period if i never expected to be charged in the first place!!! I'm going to report that scam crocks to Shopify

In less than 30 minutes, I received a prompt and professional reply from Harvey Khan, who not only explained the situation clearly but also guided me step-by-step on how to handle it. He even suggested practical alternatives to offer my buyer. To look for a similar product on Zendrop, make the offer, to avoid missing the sale. I did. Zendrop charged me twice for the Plus plan and then downgraded my account to Zero. I received no features I paid for. Support ignored me until it was “too late” to refund. I was promised benefits and got nothing. Terrible support, broken billing system.
