I subscribed to Zendrop's yearly service in January, paying $197, but I've never been able to use it. In June, I hired someone to start using Zendrop for dropshipping, but for months, the app was unable to facilitate dropshipping from Alibaba due to technical difficulties. Despite being patient and waiting for a resolution, Zendrop's issues persisted, making it impossible for me to use the service I paid for. After months of being unable to utilize the platform, I requested a refund, which Zendrop refused to provide. I cannot justify paying $197 for a service that I was never able to use due to their technical problems. I'm now preparing to take legal action, as I believe it's unacceptable to pay for something and receive nothing in return

I cancelled on March the 19 of 2024. I was charged for June and July. I was told there was nothing they could do. I disputed it with my credit card company and they lied and said I didn't cancel until August. I went back into my shopify account to get the proof and it has "magically' disappeared. Be careful!

The attention I received from Zendrop is unfortunate, I have been waiting for an order for 16 days and their only response is patience, it will arrive, they are not responsible for anything because it is not their fault, the fault lies with the Chinese supplier, but If I pay Zendrop for the premium plan, what does China matter to me? I spoke with several employees, supervisors and they all gave me the same answer, the attention received was shameful, they made me waste time and money

RIP OFF. We upgraded to a plus account only because it was required to access print on demand services. However once we signed up, when we went to look at the print of demand products all it said was catalog "coming soon". and there was absolutely ZERO print on demand products. This is deceptive because their website and marketing says you get print on demand with a plus membership at $79 per month. there is no free trial either, they charge you right away. so we paid $79 just to find out the one thing we wanted to look into with them was not available. I am wondering why there are so many good reviews on here. Our experience within minutes of signing up is not good at all.

Aviod this company! There are plenty of other Dropshipping companies that are reliable and trustworthy. I paid for the Plus plan and was told that I would be given a store and be able to check it out and request a refund within 5 days if I wasn't happy with it. They did not send me the store, the 5 days passed and they refused to give me money back. Apparently even though I had no store, I still had to decide within 5 days if I was happy with it or not! They said they would give me the store but not a refund, I did not want to continue with a company that provides misleading information to get you to sign up and then doesn't do what they say.

Very disappointed. Not able to import products from ali express and I ordered a custom dog collar and they used the sample name and phone number on the collar zendrop won't give me a refund for my subscription I barely used it and I got the pro version.

Very bad platform. Working with them leads to failure. They ship garbage to customers not products, unlike shipping, which often lasts a month or more. You will get many refunds

For how overpriced their plans are, their customer service is disappointingly poor. It's like talking to a rock, and it feels like your reality is being gaslighted. If you report any issue with their service, despite following all the steps, they insist that their service is always right and the issue is likely on your end. They then proceed to tell you to follow the same steps you've already mentioned you've completed. After that, they transfer you to another representative who simply repeats the previous response. I swear, their chatbot is more helpful and intelligent than any of their "human agents." It makes me question who's the human and who's the bot. Update: this is my 2nd and last review before unsubscribing and deleting the app. After submiting the first review, one of their customer support emailed me that they're saddened about my experience and asked me to respond with my questions so they can assist me to make up for it. I was patient and did as told, never heard back. Way to add insult salt to the injury. If "their actions never match their words" was a company. Update 2: beaware! I just clicked downgrade and after 2 attempts at making me click the wrong button to stay subscribed, they kept me subscribed anyways! They make it hard to downgrade.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I cannot emphasize enough how disappointing my experience with the Zendrop app has been. Despite upgrading to a paid plan, the service is absolutely terrible. The shipping options are incredibly limited, and even with the paid plan, they couldn't fulfill their own products on time. No product , extension does not work if you downgrade means you must leave and your not welcome any more. I expected a professional service, but Zendrop failed to deliver on all fronts. If you're looking for a reliable dropshipping solution, stay away from Zendrop. Save your time, money, and sanity. Avoid this app at all costs!

I would not recommend Zendrop, even if you're on the Plus Plan. Their "Top Trending," "New Arrivals," and "Best Sellers" categories, along with the extras, are simply not worth it. I ordered a sample from Zendrop Fulfillment, and they sent the wrong type. It's baffling that they messed up a sample order. Now, I have to wait another 15 business days for a replacement. How can I trust them with my regular orders if they can't handle a simple sample correctly? Additionally, Zendrop lacks the necessary declarations of conformity and certificates for products that require them. This omission means you can't use their products on TikTok, eliminating a significant market opportunity. Overall, Zendrop has been a huge waste of time and money. I would not recommend their services.

Worst dropshipping service ever. It looks pretty - everything is organized and easy to find. However, don't let that fool you (btw, this is coming from someone who was a plus member). Let me explain: 1. I wanted to try Zendrop before posting products on my store, so I ordered a few samples to test them out. They took so long to arrive and I contacted their customer service many times. Eventually, I just gave up and canceled the order. 2. Their 24/7 customer service only sounds nice. Yes, they reply fairly quickly, and yes, they are very friendly, but they don't actually help you fix the problem. All of my conversations with customer service agents went something like this: They say they'll check why the products are taking so long to arrive and get back to me as soon as possible. When they get back to me, all they have to say is that they've just contacted the sender and that there has been some sort of an ambiguous delay, but the products are on their way. Sounds assuring, the first time they say it. Bottom line, I think it's a waste of time and money.
