die produktsuche ist grauenhaft. produktbilder sind unscharf, nicht von allen seiten fotografiert, oft nicht alle vorhandenen varianten fotografiert. die branding karte ist unscharf und macht beim kunden eher einen schlechteren eindruck, als einen guten. ausserdem kommen immer falsche produkte zu den wörtern die man in der suchleiste eingibt. Bspl. bei yoga kleidungen kommen normale tshirts die nichts mit sport zutun haben.

I had an amazing experience with Zendrop's customer support, especially with Khubaib, who went above and beyond to resolve my issues. Not only did he patiently assist with tracking and order delays, but he also helped me navigate technical issues with my Zendrop account and email changes. The customer service was fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They also gave me detailed information about Zendrop's services and even helped me apply for the Zendrop Select program. Easy to navigate and that’s about it. Sadly i am a plus member. Extremely hard to get customer service, when trying to get a resolution about orders that were shipped from December 2nd i have received no straight answers. I have refunded customers and placed them a free order through hypersku just so they get their stuff. Here it is Christmas night and i just received another email from a customer requesting a refund from a December 2nd order that tracking says in transit thank you for waiting. Yall need to drop js express. Letting zendrop fill some of my Black Friday orders was the worst decision I have ever made. I will never use zendrop again, sadly im out the $500 bucks i just spent on a plus membership….never again, if anyone is reading this and actually cares about their business, please choose another fulfillment company

I'm new to the whole dropshipping scene. Zendrop has done a great job getting me up and running. One critique... Be clear to explain the different warehouses that the product is in. This is important because if you put your products on TikTok, they absolutely do not like products being shipped outside the U.S. So I would make sure to only add products from the Zendrop US warehouse. There customer service is great and they have helped a lot. Thanks Zendrop! 12/29/24 Update: Khubaib helped me today and he was very thorough in explaining some things to me. Being fairly new, some situations I didn't know how to deal with and he helped greatly with that. Thanks Khubaib!

I havent really started yet since i am now waiting for my first sample order to come through but all the customer supports have answered me very quickly and was very precise regarding the answer provided. They have been very comprehensive so far. So far so good !
