I've JUST added product to my store. I was having trouble finding a sizing chart and the AI bot put me through to a Human helper and we quickly solved the problem. The 4 star is for the Customer Service only.

I would recommend Zendrop 100%. I had an issues processing an order and reached out to the chat and customer care was very helpful. Researched the issue in the order and took the time to walk me through how to fix it and I was able to get the customers order out on time and the customer received the order within an excellent time frame.

They are really helpfull and bring you with the right resolution on time! So far the best Customer Service I have received as she took over my problem and helped without hesitation. Such a great service, thank you!

Nice app and Great people. Cyril was extremely helpful in solving my account related issues: some features not showing up in the store. She was patient, and stayed online till the issue was solved!
