To be honest, I haven't used the app. I bought it, started doing things but I just never got around to setting everything up. The support have been supernice this entire time and when I cancelled they didn't have to refund me but did without any discussion. When I get around to having more time for this I will surely return.

Joining Zendrop is one of the best decisions I have made. Joining the Plus Plan was perfect for my store as well. They have everything that can grow your dropshipping business I was looking for such for a long time to take my business to the next level. I am very happy with their products and customer service.

The customer service is impeccable, I had a very specific and complicated problem dealing with a huge amount of product variants that I was unable to sort through, because I was given no product image and the SKU code did not match up with the product, but the team specifically Cyril helped me through the problem and now the path is clear.

I have been using Zendrop for about 8 months and they truly have been amazing the whole time any questions I needed answered or any problem I've ever come across that needed fixed they did promptly along with being super nice I give a 9/10 only thing better would being able to get the perks of being a VIP member before reaching the required sales needed but that's ok

The educational portion (Zendrop Academy) is the best value for money out there. That alone is worth the subscription.

I just needed some help and Jo, From Zen drop help me out tremendously. A realistic image did not come with a variant that I needed to display in my store. I asked if she could get the image. Said what I could do is publish it to my store first then attach the image to the variant. Makes a lot of sense. A lot of time! Thanks Jo Play a marvelous help! Originally I was going to list this specific item via CJ drop shipping. However they were not able to help me put together a bundle. How are trying to communicate with them. I just gave up and sourced the products of zendrop.

I placed two separate orders and each was fulfilled nearly 18 days later. My customers were very upset!! That said, when I got a human customer service rep, she showed me how to track the order (I didn't know which shipper in China to select). If I knew how to do so all along, I would have been able to tell customers where product was. I will give ZenDrop a couple more tries:)

The price is a bit high to use this in Australia, thou, it all comes down to pricing strategy. The support team is very responsive, thoughtful, easy to communicate, and a big help.
