I'm new to the DS/Ecommerce world and have had a lot of questions since I started. The CSR's with Zendrop have been very helpful. I highly recommend using Zendrop, it's an easy fulfillment process.

They have an outstanding customer service. Everytime I come across an issue they always are very responsive and solve it very quickly. Completely recommend it!

Zendrop has a comfortable range of products, but the interface is terrible. Who designs an interface where you cannot bulk import to your store. Selecting each product individually and publishing is horrendous. Support has been great though.

I am new to Zendrop and was having trouble with using a discount code. I first used the AI tool, but that wasn't able to help me with the specific problem I was having. Immediately I was connected with the customer support team which took me by surprise (it was past 11:00 pm EST time). It took all of 30 seconds for Theresa to research my issue and resolve it. This was my first interaction with the team and I am blown away by the service. I think they will definitely be my first "go-to" company for my dropshipping needs. My best guess is that they will probably be the only one I need!

I am so pleased with the excellent customer service I have received from Zendrop and Kelley S. Every email has been responded to, issues solved or questions answered in such a timely manner. I feel secure as to being able to answer all my customers questions in A+ time with her assistance. Thanks Kelley for always keeping me updated everystep of the way. Although I haven't yet started using Zendrop to its full potential, so far I'm very satisfied. So many videos to walk you through how to things, and the support I received from Darlene was great, friendly, and speedy!

Zendrop is a great drop ship supplier the platform is very simple and customer service is fast and reliable they have a bot that will guide you through any questions you have, as well as chatting directly with a human. They also have a no questions ask refund policy.

Very easy wesbite to navigate. Lots of selection of things to choose from. Shipping in less than 2 weeks. Very helpful customer service. Negatives are that they dont have a phone number to call to reach a live person, just chat. And I think they should develop an app. The orders page could be a little more detailed too. Thanks
