Highly recommend Zendrop especially for us - newbies in the dropshipping business. The customer service is really great and helpful. Issues with billing and subscription issues were taken care of immediately and easily. Thank you for the help and support!

Je donne 4 étoiles à Zendrop pour son service exceptionnel. J'apprécie grandement la qualité et l'efficacité jusqu'à présent. Cependant, n'ayant pas encore lancé ma boutique en ligne, je me réserve la dernière étoile jusqu'à ce que je puisse pleinement évaluer l'impact de Zendrop sur l'expérience de mes clients. Si leur satisfaction est au rendez-vous, je serai ravi d'attribuer cette étoile manquante !

Was very sceptical at first but when reaching out to their customer service I was sold to their services. Extremely quick response by a real human and not a BOT. Answered all my questions and concerns and honestly could not be happier. Excited to see how the fulfilment goes - have high hopes for it. So far so good and will recommend

I'm a beginner drop shipper and just started using Zendrop. My experience has been great so far; the platform is straightforward to navigate and has many useful features. I had some issues with my subscription plan, but their Customer Service is top-notch. Karrie assisted me and I appreciated the help!

Väldigt duktiga och bra att skriva med om det blir några konstigheter och dem har väldigt bra och har en hög standard alla Sample Orders som jag beställt har varit super bra och jag och mina kunder är alltid nöjda. Smidig UI på hemsidan lätt att hitta till vad man vill och helt underbar och snabb support värt att ha PRO planen om man tror på sin idé och att det kommer betala sig.

Being new to both Shopify and Zendrop processes, I had some dropshipping questions which I needed answers too quickly. Jinky was of great assistance to myself on-line and answered everything in quick fashion which was being asked of her. This was greatly appreciated. When you are chasing answers that impacts customer orders, receiving the right information is critical. A big thank you for pointing me in the right direction! Overall, a very satisfied owner!

I'm working today on a Saturday and I messaged Zendrop for help with connecting my second store under my Plus Plan. They got back to me within like 15 mins which was surprising lol.... but surprising in a good way! Instantly got my second store connected (after I changed the email address). They won't charge you for every new store you start and from what I can tell are VERY helpful. Highly recommend :)
