Great help from Leo. That's why I choose Zapiet? Well if you tried the other "5star" apps, the customer service sucked, the interface and initial set up was appalling, like a kid was programming it. But when you install Zapiet, you pay for that service, set up and ease of having a great app in your store. The developers behind this app definitely know how to do it better than the rest. cheers!

Pickup and delivery works very well in both online store and Shopify POS. The Zapiet schedule tile in POS works great. It's a bit unclear where Shopify POS leaves off and Zapiet Pickup + Delivery takes over. Customer support was able to research both and help me navigate the process for both. I look forward to using these 2 together in the future

Too many Bugs. Most recently, the delivery date that the customer placed an order for was incorrect in the system, causing us to miss orders, and their response was "we are working on it, there is no ETA". It was quite smooth earlier, but have been facing too many issues recently.

We want to clarify that the issue you’re experiencing is due to a Shopify bug outside of our control. If it were on our end, we would have resolved it promptly. Unfortunately, Shopify has been taking longer than expected to address the problem, and there’s no clear timeline for a fix. That said, we are actively working on developing workarounds to mitigate the impact of this issue. We’re committed to providing you with a reliable solution as soon as possible. Great app, great fast and kind support. Works as expected and is worth the money! The only thing to keep in mind is that the standard abandoned cart emails from Shopify won't work with the app because they bypass the date selection. With a modification, you could direct your customers to the cart instead of the checkout. This would work, but from a conversion perspective, leading them to checkout would be more effective. Additionally, if a customer opens the link in your email on a different device, they won't see any products in their cart because Shopify stores the cart locally in a cookie.

Support is great. This gives our customers the option to pickup or have their order shipped. Makes our handling of orders easier!
