Jessica with tech support was absolutely excellent. We're a flower shop in the San Antonio area, and have been using the app for a long time. Jessica understood my issue and got answers for me right away. She event went above and beyond when she noticed some things that could use updating on my page with their system to make it work even better. I appreciated that so much! This app is sensational! Honestly people I am a complete novice and know nothing and websites and this app has allowed me to provide shipping rates and set shipping delivery schedules across more than 7 different locations across 4 states in Australia in a matter of hours, all with different lead times, it is AMAZING! Beyond the capabilities of the app, the customer service level is seriously out of this world! I have never had someone be so patient with me, whilst I am being so stupid fumbling around, and get me looking like I am a genius! The customer service rep knows who I am talking about, she was an absolute gem. Don't waste your time people, this app is the BEST!

This app is good. It fits our needs for fulfillment rules but definitely has it s own quirks to deal with. Honestly and thankfully, their biggest asset is Jessica. She has been the most proactive, helpful, and insightful support we've had during our sit-build all the way to launch using Zapiet to handle our complicated fulfillment rules. We've only had this app installed a few days, but everything seems to be going well! What I'm really leaving 5 stars for is the amazing customer support team - shoutout to Kitty in particular! Responses were quick, clear, and helpful, even when the queries were issues the team hadn't encountered before Kitty was able to help me work through them and make the app useable for our specific needs! Really fab! :)

Fantastic application. We have three options available for our online customers, These are; Home delivery if within our delivery radius, Pickup from our store, and postage on selected items. Each require customers to select days and timeslots so we can pick and pack their orders. I have tried other applications but none have worked as well as Zapiet - Pickup and Delivery. Also the integration with Order Printer Pro works well. Customer support is also great as they were able to resolve an issue that arose with the proceed to checkout button being unlocked. This was fixed by the Zapiet support staff in a timely manner. Good work guys!

Potential buyers should approach Zapiet with caution due to significant issues with customer service responsiveness. While the platform offers robust features for managing local deliveries and pickups, frequent problems require human intervention that is often difficult to access. I often have to wait hours to get issues resolved during which my customers are unable to complete purchases, resulting in lost sales. Unless Zapiet improves its support infrastructure to provide more reliable and timely assistance, businesses reliant on seamless online transactions may find the risk of downtime unacceptable. Response to Claudia: Thanks for the response. You mentioned that the problem is related to multiple shipping profiles, which is typically advised against due to potential complications. However, I am not aware of any multiple shipping profiles I have set up because my entire setup was done using Zapiet customer help. If there are indeed multiple profiles, it was configured based on their advice. Additionally, this does not align with what the service representative initially identified as the problem. The representative indicated that my customers were bypassing the widget and not seeing the options for checkout. Resolving this specific issue is crucial for my business operations. I was sent a link to directions that did not work. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in addressing both the widget issue and the potential multiple shipping profiles, if they exist. I look forward to hearing back from someone who can help me with these matters.

Providing reliable and timely support is a top priority for us. Upon reviewing your case, we found that in the five most recent chats, our response times were 40 minutes on a Sunday and 12 minutes on a weekday. Regarding the issue mentioned in your original review about multiple shipping profiles, we generally advise against this practice due to potential complications, as explained in detail in this article: https://support.zapiet.com/en/articles/8644299-multiple-shipping-profiles-zapiet-pickup-delivery-rates Please note that your shipping profiles can be found in Shopify's Settings > Shipping and Delivery, where you currently have 7 profiles. The creation and management of shipping profiles falls outside the scope of our support, as we do not have insight into how your store organizes these profiles. Our app only provides rates for these profiles. In your updated review, you mentioned customers bypassing the widget. It appears that communicating through the review page has not been beneficial for either you or our app. We are disappointed by the 1-star review and concerned that you are still facing ongoing issues. Instead, we would like to propose a screensharing call where we can test your store and troubleshoot any issues together with you.
