My first encounter with their customer service team was positive. I talked to Mike and he helped me install the free version of the app. I definitely didn't need to call in because installing was literally just a click of a button but it was nice to speak to someone on the inside that was so experienced in print on demand. Right now I am pumped to start running traffic and I am confident I will become a power seller in the coming months.

I used CustomCat for two months. I wish I could give them zero stars. There customer service is all about placing blame on existing customers and avoiding any responsibility for their poor printing. I had ten initial orders. One of my orders had a different company printed on my shirts. I took my products to local printing shops. The owners I spoke to were shocked that someone would ship this poor product to a customer. Garbage shirts and horrible printing. I donated the shirts to the homeless. I am shocked that Shopify has not distance themselves from CustomCat. CustomCat is bad company for Shopify. Printful, however, has been very helpful during the process. Every shirt printed by Printful was perfect.
Hi. I am sorry you had a poor experience for your first 10 orders. We, at customcat, take immense pride in our support team. We will always take accountability if there is something that we screwed up on, although we are not perfect. We know that. We operate at a 1% replacement rate and while we are proud of this replacement rate, we are always striving to lower that number. You actually used our support email, but the issue is when we responded asking for more information, you never responded. BUT, It is not too late! If you contact us back, we can still help address this issue and rectify it.

The custom Cat support team is nothing short of EXTRAORDINARY. After speaking with Mike he was able to help me resolve my billing discrepancy without a problem. I find this company to be an amazing asset to work with and I will definitely keep working with them in the future.

I just received my product samples today and I'm really disappointed with the quality :( 1. The colour of the fabric seems to bleed through the design, so the parts that are meant to be white take on the colour of the fabric underneath. 2. I ordered a Gildan Ladies 100% cotton T-shirt but the material was very rough and almost had a cardboard texture to it. It is also boxy and not slim fitting at all like shown in the mockups. 3. The tag on one of the T-shirts is completely dried up and you can't make out what it is saying at all. 4. The placement of the logo on the tank top is completely off. It is meant to be on the left pocket area but it's on my tummy area. On the mockups the placement looks fine but not on the actual product. I have read all the other 1 - 3 star reviews and I agree with a lot of what other people are saying about the customer service. It takes them days to respond to you if at all... I feel like if you want to build a long lasting brand you shouldn't use custom cat because of their unreliability. There are so many cases of the same thing happening time and time again with CustomCat so I definitely think that it's a problem that they can't deliver what they promise. I will probably be looking for other POD companies. Really disappointed because I need to push back my launch date now :(
Hi! There is a lot to unpack here. I am not saying that there was not a screw up on your only order, but I assure you this is the exception, not the rule. First off, we have amazing customer service. They work all work week and the occasional weekend (busy times) and we will ALWAYS replace an order for free if the shipment has any issues at all. You just need to email us at our support line. I couldn't find any emails from you, but if you contact us, we can look into the underlying issue. Also, the Gildan Ladies 100% cotton T-shirt is one of the most popular SKUs world wide. If you dont like the feel of this SKU, we have thousands of others you can choose from.

Customcat is dope! Haven't received a bad product, prices are right, stitching is EXCELLENT quality. I started with Printful, but customcat is now my primary vendor. Keep up the good work people, because I'm depending on it! Thanks again

I just called Custom Cat because I placed an order for myself that is over two weeks old. I spoke with Brett and learned that the mistake was mine because I had the wrong settings activated. Anyway, Brett took the time to help me fix the problem step by step and he also gave me some great tips for the future. It is so important it is to me that I get someone on the phone from Custom Cat and they help me work the problem step by step. Outstanding customer service as well as product and that's why I'm with Custom Cat. Sean C

Today, I had my first order come through but I forgot to select my vendor to CustomCat on my products list. Due to this error, my product order wasn't showing up in the CustomCat App. I called CustomCat and spoke with Brett about the issue. He was very pleasant to work with and walked me through what I needed to do so he could manually process my order. Since this is my first time using CustomCat, he was so kind to go through how the entire process works so I had a better understanding. Although I've only used their service for a short period of time, I would highly recommend this company for any of your Print on Demand needs. The order process is flawless and allows you to pause any order if you need to make changes before it goes into production. Not to mention, the customer service is exceptional. I am a new customer with CustomCat, and waited until after Christmas to begin loading products in the app. I have had questions on features that didn't work correctly, but Brett helped us get everything sorted out and even helped insert code to enable our products to have personalization.

You know, I used to like this app. The profit margins were absolutely solid, it offered up to overnight shipping, everything was all good, right? From the time I started with them, to now, the amount of customer complaints has increased significantly. Customers would be getting products that were NOWHERE close to what they ordered, completely different designs, customer orders a small sweatshirt, they get a 4XL T-Shirt with a completely different design. I hold a very high standard to my brand. CustomCat unfortunately no longer holds up to that standard. CustomCat offers up to 1 day shipping... Given that they actually deliver great results. Which is probably 70% of the time. I can't accept that. If your only concerns is profit margin and the latest and greatest features, CustomCat is awesome for you. If you have a brand however, I would be weary. I wish they would've kept the standards as they used to do. Too bad. I'm uninstalling.
