Terrible experience with Delivery! Their support team is completely useless—unresponsive, unhelpful, and takes forever to resolve even the smallest issues. Frequent cases of fraud have been reported, and packages often go missing or are marked as delivered when they’re not. It’s impossible to trust this service for reliable shipping. Stay away if you value your time and money!

By FAR - THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. It's impossible to get to talk to a human, support tickets are easy to raise, but you'll be lucky to get someone to resolve them. I have a ticket open for a high value package they've lost from their warehouse for the last 5 days; they've taken 0 responsibility, they aren't giving me a number or a human I can talk to. A month ago, they lost 3 out of 14 boxes they were supposed to deliver from Delhi to Pune; they claimed that "We have opened the 14 boxes and adjusted them in the remaining 11" 1. That's not possible 2. Even if that was possible; what gives them the right to do that? 3. These items were worth over a 1,00,000/-. Till date, I haven't received a call/message from anyone and they close any ticket I open about it. They take no responsibility for lost packages, their delivery executives deliver/pickup as per their will and not as per promised timelines, which leads to a harrowing experience for the customers. I would rather spend 10-15% more than deal with Delhivery. It is genuinely terrible. PLEASE - If you have a new business; AVOID DELHIVERY LIKE THE PLAGUE. They will give you a whole other layer of headache on top of everything else you're already dealing with.

We are using Delhivery for our D2C shipments however with no customer care and just a bot replying to online queries it becomes extremely difficult to service our clients. Our number is registered and if we call from the registered number to to the Helpline it automatically disconnects making sure we never get in touch with a customer executive. (is there even one) ? some deliveries are delayed for days and there is no way to get in touch with the company or the person delivering. Its a black hole once your parcel has left. Most definitely shifting out to a more reliable platform that has better servicing.

Recent integration with Amazon is HUGE help! But orders on Amazon are not automatically selecting Delhivery in shipping service. This has to be done manually by re-editing shipping service. Wastes time, please fix.

For the past six months, I've been utilizing Delhivery for my eCommerce shipments, and my experience has been largely positive. When I contacted their customer service about a delayed shipment, they responded quickly and resolved the issue within a day. The process of booking shipments through their platform is user-friendly, and their tracking updates have been both timely and precise. Thanks to their dependable delivery service and outstanding customer support, I’ve become a loyal customer.

Even after multiple complaints, I am unable to integrate Delhivery with my online store because the API calls are not yielding the desired results. This is impacting my store sales. Best regards, IP4U

Such poor service being provided! I registered my company a month ago and submitted the GST, yet every time I log into the panel, it asks me to activate my account. When I try, it shows 'GST already registered.' This has been happening for the past 15 days, and I still haven’t found a solution. I tried raising a support ticket, but it says 'Client Mapping not found!' I even attended a Zoom call and asked for an email ID or contact number, but the representative refused to provide one, citing company policy. He assured me someone from Delhivery would get in touch, but I haven’t received any call or email. Such poor service, and i still don’t understand why you're asking for ratings when it’s clear that you don’t even read the comments or feedback people provide. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I’m sure my concerns are not being taken seriously

They send automated emails promptly to ask a five star rating on Shopify store but they never bother to contact the customer why he is still unable to start shipping. They want their shop to look exclusive at front but are not willing to serve the customers.

Extremely disappointed. Requested multiple times for a call with Account Manager but no response. If this is the performance of sales team/management, then really worried about their operational functioning. 17/08/24 - Further experience. I had my first pickup scheduled today between 2 to 6pm. The delivery executive's contact number provided couldn't be reached for 5 and 1/2 hours. Finally at 7:30 pm when he picked up the call he had no clue about the pickup. When asked when he is coming, he had no clue. Raised support ticket, no response. No other way to contact the support. It's just horrible. Please stay away from Delhivery if you are not looking for impacting your company's reputation.

Poor app - Shopify orders doesn't sync no matter how long you wait. No customer support - they don't have a voice support. Dead end ticket - I created a ticket for the same issue, it's been days and haven't received any update on the same. Though they self claim that the ticket response time is 3 hours - they forgot to mention as per which planet!

Minus 5 STAR... WORST APP EVER. CHEATER and LOOTER. Any issues reported directly with delhivery on their site as support tickets are not being addressed. For every genuine issue we face, they are not addressing any of those and closing the tickets. They dont deliver, return the products to earn double fare as to and fro charges. We loose business and customers. Also, their charges are very inconsistent as they show a charge based on weight and dimension while we manifest. For most of orders, they take additional amount later(without any intimation). On site calculation is based on their tool, then sure why so much disparity. So your recharge balance will keep going down and it will be very hard to figure out or sort out any issues with them.

Positive: - Delivery One fulfills my requirements and is easy to use. - Creating shipments takes just 30 seconds, and notifications are sent via WhatsApp and SMS to buyers. - The Android and iOS apps allow buyers to track their shipments and request support for changes in mobile numbers and addresses within the city. - Customer support is quick to address queries and provide assistance. Improvement Suggestions: - Integration of a pin code checker on Shopify product pages, along with expected delivery dates and a trust shield for sellers, would enhance transparency and trust. - Merging Delhivery One B2C and B2B accounts respectively could streamline operations and improve user experience. Negative: - Delhivery B2B support is lacking, and merchant/customer support is poor. - Lack of tracking information sent to recipients, and the cost of NDR WhatsApp notifications is higher than the market rate. - NDR verification via IVR should be stopped due to recipients flagging numbers as spam, resulting in RTO instead of successful delivery. - Delhivery High-Risk RTO buyer feature is not functioning properly. Overall, while there are areas for improvement, I am currently satisfied with Delivery One for Shopify and would recommend it.

Hi i am also not able to generate AWB no. Asking to fill all customer data in a excel sheet and upload in delhivery app. It should capture automatically. Please help me in this because orders are pending from from last 4 days Actually i have seen this app working properly, one of my know person was using this app. I have use this app on shopify platform on my friends shopify store. i am stuck in starting process, once i know the right process may be it will run smoothly without any error

Tons of issues: There is no mobile app as of now. You also don't get status updates email. They don’t have any Promise app to let customers an estimated delivery date on product page. Have shipped few items via them, and delivery has been late by almost 4 days minimum in most, which leads to poor customer experience.

Single star is also high rated for this crap application. I synced my shopify website for the first time and recharged my account with Rs. 1000. I had 2 pending orders which got synced on the delhivery dashboard and they were showing as pending orders only. Once I packed the orders, I pressed the fulfill button for both the orders on shopify orders page. Both the orders disappeared from the Delhivery dashboard immediately. I could not find those orders anywhere on the Delhivery app. I waited till next day hoping that someone would come to pick the orders but nothing happened. I tried contacting the customer care but to my surprise, THERE IS NO CUSTOMER CARE PHONE NUMBER, CHAT or EMAIL through which we can reach out to Delhivery. There CEO Sahil Barua is living in his cocoon. All a customer can do is raise a ticket and wait for someone to reply back. They replied me back with a youtube link on how to connect Shopify and Delhivery which was not my issue as both the applications were already connected but the connection was still not working. At last, I called my local courier service provider who charged me less than what Delhivery was supposed to charge me. He gave me DTDC tracking which I put in the order details and it instantly generated a DTDC link which can be shared with the customer. PLEASE DONT INTEGRATE WITH DELHIVERY. THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THIS PLANET. PERIOD.

My Experience is very poor with Delhivery in terms of linking with Shopify. I am still not able to link for the last two weeks despite creating two tickets. Very disappointed
