I was having an issue with my AliExpress orders not syncing correctly to DSers and was concerned it would cause problems with my eBay store. I contacted support and Sandy assisted me. She was absolutely fantastic! In just a few minutes, she had the entire issue resolved. She was incredibly quick, professional, and friendly throughout the process. I recently reached out to the customer support on Messenger and to be honest, I've never felt so much comfortability with customer support system but (Zico) really changed my perspective. He was really kind, helpful and ensured he solved my issues before leaving. He kept responding fast and he understood the very depth of my problem. I had struggled so many times with the persistent issue but he solved it as soon as possible while making me feel comfortable. I recently contacted DSers support (Kimi) regarding a currency conversion issue with AliExpress, and I’m very impressed with their service. The CSR who assisted me was quick to respond, clearly understood the problem, and resolved it efficiently. The issue is now fully fixed, and everything is working smoothly again. Really appreciate the professionalism and helpful attitude — excellent customer support!

Today I had the pleasure of the lovely Elora who assisted me with an issue with my account being disabled by Aliexpress. I had orders to fulfil and I felt so stressed out and could not fix it alone. I had sent a few emails to the support on DSers but then found the messenger option and Elora helped me fix the issue. She remained so patient and was very kind as she went through each step with me until we fixed the problem and we managed to get my orders fulfilled.
