I needed some help getting started in Shopify and in the DSers app, I had many questions and I got them all answered in no time! A lady named Chloe sent me pictures with arrows on where to click and explained it to me in detail. Thank you so much Chloe :) <3 Super customer service!

I had an issue with one of my orders on AliExpress, but one of their customer service representatives from DSers, Gloria, was extremely helpful. She took the time and made the effort to find me a better supplier for a product that was out of stock. As someone who is still new to using this app, I appreciated that she didn’t leave me behind and ensured I was well taken care of. Thank you, Gloria!
