I would give a 0 if possible. DO NOT SWITCH to klaviyo. We have been in business for 9 years and when we switched to K, our 60% open rate dropped to 20% and all of our emails land in SPAM. All they could say was it was losing consumer confidence and we have to do their "reputation repair" Klaviyo totally screwed us on all big sales. Any one have any idea who else would be a better alternative? Need to get out of klaviyo ASAP

Sämta appen jag har varit med om, har gett dom två chanser för jag ville verkligen få detta att fungera men det går bara inte. ingen support, ingen live chat, inget telefonnummer. Du vet inte hur mycket du ska betala tills du får en faktura på tusentals kronor. Hela systemet är gammalt och svårt och avancerat att använda. Jag recommender inte denna överdrivet dyra app med ingen support bakom tyvärr.

Does not supress marketplace order information like other app at a top level such as Judge Me. Extremely poor customer service and was advised that shopify is responsible for this app. Shopify customer service has advised this is klaviyo's responsibility.

Careful this seems to be the app that scammers love to use. I fell victim to a scam that costed me 55$. Listen I just wanted hope for my store and they came along and now that's money out of my account

This app turned all of my shopify customers into subscribers. Illegal. I have no way to un do the damage done to my customer list that took me 6 months to build.

I want to cancel the $15 SMS package but when I do it myself the system cancels everything including my emails even though it is the SMS that I want to cancel. Weronika says that they cannot cancel this service on their side that I no longer want. IT LOOKS LIKE A HOSTAGE TAKING

Sell your soul to this application. Yes, it has functionality and integration; BUT once you are on the system they own you. The design it so that it's almost impossible to unsubscribe. You can downgrade and they will automatically upgrade you, charge you, fees all the time without your permission. But they will never downgrade you, refund fees, unused. Most importantly-- support won't help. They say it's a "self-service" platform so when it comes to just asking support to cancel your account. They won't. They send you down a rabbit hole, 10 clicks deep into pages, to find the one way you can cancel the plan. I'm a prisoner. Having set up my flows in the system, which they don't give you any option to export, unhooking will be very labor intensive. I regret, 1,000%, my decision to partner with this application. More importantly- support will not make CORRECTIONS to erroneous billing without double billing you! It's a total SCAM. I think this is CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT worthy... someone needs to shut these people down. They are stealing.

Klaviyo is such a buggy horrible integration that I'm going to try and get my client to change. I have a sign up form teaser on my client's shopify store that is not part of any sign up form. I've literally turned off every sign up form, every flow, and even disabled Klaviyo from Shopify, and still this Klaviyo teaser is the site. I've contacted support and got the typical copy and paste, go to sign up forms to delete your teaser but there is no live sign up forms, there is no sign up forms that use this teaser, it doesn't exist. Either it was deleted previously and the code still continues to be on the site without any way of removing it and Klaviyo doesn't want to help to fix their broken buggy product.

4 days of working to set up a simple landing page with an email capture form and an automated redirect after submission. Experience so far: - form editor is terrible - forms are not responsive across desktop to mobile (and editing for two platforms in the editor is a not usable) - limited logic capabilities moving through form submission flow - forms not saving consistently (it has been random for the past several hours) - forms not saving to designated lists - backend and admin is really unsophisticated and illogical - support (email, free plan) is slow, typically get the ticket closed type of support. In fact, in the past 36 hours, I have twice waited 12+ hours for a response and when the responses finally came I was called Nick and Kate (neither are my name) and the answers were not for me. I had to submit a second ticket to get a response to my first one. I could go one. There is a reason why over 10% of these ratings are 1 star So frustrating because I am now looking for a new solution to what should have been an easy requirement to solve

No support after starting to use paid version. We had technical problems and could not activate any features. Support was unresponsive, did not help to solve any issues, not even freezed the subscription until WE solve them.

Terrible customer service. Goes in circles. Very unhelpful people answering tell me why things are the way they are. The way they are isn't working...

We've been loyal Klaviyo customers for 5 years, investing $12,000 USD annually in their platform. Recently, due to a system error, the size of one of our segments was miscalculated right before our billing cut-off date, which meant we were unable to fully use the email credits we had purchased, and they expired. I contacted Klaviyo support just 3 minutes after the new billing cycle began, explaining the system error and requesting a one-time credit for the expired emails. Considering the nature of the issue and our long-standing relationship, I expected this to be a simple, reasonable request. Unfortunately, Klaviyo refused to grant the credit for emails we had already paid for. This has been a disappointing experience and, in my view, a clear example of poor customer service. Directly after installation, a phone call?? And then an email pressuring for a meeting?? Seriously? That's reason enough to delete the app immediately. I am very surprised by this approach. Please remove my contact details from your distribution list, I do not want to receive any more calls or messages!

Has to be THE WORST customer service I have ever encountered. No chat, no phone number, only email, which is promptly ignored. I've been waiting a week for them to respond to an account access issue. Can't do much if I can't access my account. No need to point out the irony of a marketing company that doesn't seem to understand that their customers, the ones that pay for their service, need prompt, helpful support every now and then. An update: It is now three weeks, and Klaviyo has still not bothered to contact me and assist with my issue. Nice try suggesting it is my mail server, this has been checked, the problem lies with this email marketing company that clearly do not care enough about customer service to provide either a chat or a phone number for help.

Our responses are sent via our ticketing platform using the alias [email protected], and it is likely that your custom domain has some strict security settings on emails coming through. At this point, only your domain provider or IT team can provide more context around why the email has not reached your inbox. We recommend you contact them for additional details and highly recommend that you add that alias to your safe senders list.

Authorised a $140 monthly subscription. Was charged $1240 + $140 at the end of the month. Klaviyo imports and charges for "profiles" that are opted out of marketing. Do not trust this company.

Completely unreliable software. Sometimes a campaign sends, sometimes it doesn't. Often have to keep repeating setup until it decides to send.

I think it's very shady that Klaviyo instantly charges more for additional email recipients beyond your plan level, but that when you clean your list, the plan cost stays at the higher level - unless you dig into the settings and change it back down. A message should come up when 'Active' users drops below your biling level to ask if you want to lower your plan level. It's clearly to maximise revenue - but in an underhand way.
