The charge you refer to was created before Loox was removed. It might be that an app charge is already included in an invoice before the app is removed and hence still appears after it is uninstalled. Keep your eye on your bank. They charge extra. Even after I deleted the app, they continue charging me. I spoke with them, and they refunded me the first time. However, they are still charging me, and right now, I have this problem every month.

It might be that an app charge is already included in an invoice before the app is removed and hence still appears after it is uninstalled. ​ ​I see that we have refunded you for both charges and that you have uninstalled Loox. ​ ​Therefore, Shopify should be stopping all future app charges. ​ I’ve personally reached out to you regarding your refunds and am happy to continue the conversation with you privately.

Used it for months, but then they randomly started charging me a $35 usage fee on top of the subscription fee. On top of that, the app randomly stopped working for 2 days and I couldn't import reviews - then days later all of the reviews I tried importing all came flooding in. By that point, I had already moved on to AliReviews instead. Much better review app.

Hey, Josh from the Loox team here. I completely understand how stressful it is to get an unexpected charge, however - your claims in this review are not true. Shopify manages all app charges and billing cycles, not Loox. This means that you cannot be charged without Shopify receiving approval by someone with app permission on your store's account. Our logs indeed show that your store has installed and approved the Loox trial and payment. If you are not satisfied with your experience - all you need to do it reach out to support and we will refund you. There's no need for making offensive and untrue claims in a negative review. this app will drain your money, there is no way to setup a spending limit for automatic reviews they will keep charging you 28dollars per 300 emails which is really expensive, I can't find anyway to stop these automatic reviews.

Our Growth plan is a pay-as-you-grow plan that charges based on how many review request emails you send each month. This plan is designed to allow you to collect reviews from all your customers but only pay for what you actually use. This means that during slower months, you automatically pay less. We completely understand that costs are a big part of every merchant's decision about which apps to use. We've built Loox to provide a great return on investment on all of our plans. All our plans, including those for larger-scale stores, have an extremely high ROI. Was using the app and it worked perfectly and out of the sudden they disable access on their dashboard app if you don't upgrade the plan ??? next plan says and i quote "300 review requests included in base price + $28 per additional 300 emails" but there is no way to limit how much you want to spend so you could easily pay hundreds of dollars without control over it! Disabling the messages to new customers if a certain volume of orders is reached, is understandable. But closing access to the app due to a certain amount of orders ?????? As soon as next month when I get access to the app again I will delete it and transfer all my reviews to another app. NEVER AGAIN LOOX !

Loox offers many different features to our merchants such as the collection of reviews, the presentation of the reviews in the many different designed widgets, referrals, and also the new upsell feature that is open for now for free for all merchants. While we don't translate reviews to multiple languages on our side, we created the integration with Weglot, which translates the reviews to the language of the specific store visitor. ​ ​This integration is available to merchants that installed Loox and Weglot in their stores. What kind of app disable your access on their dashboard app if you don't upgrade the plan ??? You are greedy and disgusting. Disabling the messages to new customers if a certain volume of orders is reached, is understandable. But closing access to the app due to a certain amount of orders ?????? You got so many users already, so many reviews, but yet greed is leading you. I'm really disgusted of this economic behavior ! As soon as next month when I get access to the app again I will delete it and transfer all my reviews to another app. NEVER AGAIN LOOX !

Our Beginner plan is designed for stores starting their journey in the Shopify ecosystem and is limited to your first 500 orders from when you finish the Loox trial. Arrivati ad un certo numero di ordini ti obbligano a passare al piano a pagamento da 35$, nonostante il primo sia già a pagamento 9,9$. Questa cosa non ha assolutamente senso, non dovrebbero permetterlo. Sono riuscito a spostare tutto su un'altra app e non mi vedranno mai più, nemmeno per altre app. SCONSIGLIO!!!

WORST THE WORST APP. I selected the $9 Plan and they charge me 40 USD. It's just a startup I just started my website and you're charging me 40 USD. It's been two months I haven't noticed it I just checked now. Refund my 40 USD until I charge back from you guys.

I'm sorry but facing difficulties with the billing section of the app. It seems that there are no options available for upgrading or downgrading, and the cost for additional app usage becomes excessively expensive once you exceed 300 orders. The subscription cost doubles at that point, which, in my opinion, doesn't seem justified. I'm unable to import the reviews, and unfortunately, the Loox app is not functioning properly for me. As a result, I am experiencing losses with this app. I cannot recommend it until they provide a solution for my issue. Thank you.

I don't mind paying extra for "premium" or "best-in-class" services for my stores and I thought Loox was like that. IT WASN'T! This app is pure greed. I reached my limit (which is ridiculous) and cannot access the app AT ALL without upgrading to a higher tier plan. I can't export my reviews due to this. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS GREEDY COMPANY

Cobros sorpresivos, este mes nos han cobrado el doble y no hay donde dirigirse para hacer el reclamo correspondiente. Pésima app, cobros fantasmas, hay otras que son gratuitas y hacen exactamente lo mismo.

I Paid the beginner plan since many months already I just saw now that since many months I have reached the limit for this plan '500' orders. And this app that I pay monthly is now just to display some previous review on my shop ... So not worth at all. More than that I paid additional 5$/monthly for the Loox referral but it doesn't work at all as it's blocked now so I feel scammed buy this app paying fees for nothing as it's disabled. I can't even go to the settings to modify some display or modify other things that I setup when I had the app at the beginning except if I start paying 40$/monthly which is way to expensive for this kind of app ! Can't even contact the support while I still pay this app that's why I have to leave a bad comment here. Really It's not worth if you plan to work in longterm with your shop it's better to use an app like Ryviu or Alireview.

You don't allow your customers to reply or or edit our previous replies unless we pay even more than we are already paying. Not a great experience. We don't like to be nickeled and dimed at every turn. Sad really.

He pagado el plan Growth, 40$ al mes y para poder instalar un widget, pedi ayuda al servicio tecnico y de atención al cliente. Dos dias después aun no está instalado. Dan un servicio al cliente nefasto. No repito.
