After the free trail, it left me the rating in all products and the code, which now has to be removed by someone who knows how to do it. thanks for nothing loox!

The fact it makes you pay an extra $25 usd to be able to send more then 100 review requests is WRONG! I don't want all the other BS features you offer otherwise I would have already upgraded. I loved this app because of the option to have photos but now I will be looking for a new app.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD: I have deleted this app twice now. And it still charges me monthly $35 I am not even sure how I can resolve this issue. I was told I needed to contact the app to cancel my subscription. I sent them an email no response yet. I also would like a refund of my money also.
Hey, Rotem from the Loox team here :) Apps cannot charge merchants after their app have been removed from stores as this process is controlled automatically by Shopify. App charges that were already included in your invoice before the app was removed will still appear even after the app is uninstalled as the app was in use for part of the billing period. Overpriced for what it does. Usages charges on top of expensive billing. LOOX has always been expensive but now is just insane. Wouldn't recommend for small business.

Hey, Tal from the Loox team here. I completely understand how stressful it is to get an unexpected charge, however - your claims in this review are not true. Shopify manages all app charges and billing cycles, not Loox. This means that you cannot be charged without Shopify receiving approval by someone with app permission on your store's account. Our logs indeed show that your store has installed and approved the Loox trial and payment. I see that you are on our Growth plan, which is a pay-as-you-grow plan that charges based on how many review request emails you send each month. This plan is designed to allow you to collect reviews from all your customers, but only pay for what you actually use. On months where you have more sales, you pay more, and during slower months, you automatically pay less. There's no need to make offensive and untrue claims in a negative review. I can see that you are currently in communication with our team privately, we are happy to continue discussing your concerns there.

Keep your eye on your bank. They charge extra. Even after I deleted the app, they continue charging me. I spoke with them, and they refunded me the first time. However, they are still charging me, and right now, I have this problem every month.

I see that we have refunded you for both charges and that you have uninstalled Loox. Therefore, Shopify should be stopping all future app charges. Used it for months, but then they randomly started charging me a $35 usage fee on top of the subscription fee. On top of that, the app randomly stopped working for 2 days and I couldn't import reviews - then days later all of the reviews I tried importing all came flooding in. By that point, I had already moved on to AliReviews instead. Much better review app.

this app will drain your money, there is no way to setup a spending limit for automatic reviews they will keep charging you 28dollars per 300 emails which is really expensive, I can't find anyway to stop these automatic reviews.

Was using the app and it worked perfectly and out of the sudden they disable access on their dashboard app if you don't upgrade the plan ??? next plan says and i quote "300 review requests included in base price + $28 per additional 300 emails" but there is no way to limit how much you want to spend so you could easily pay hundreds of dollars without control over it! Disabling the messages to new customers if a certain volume of orders is reached, is understandable. But closing access to the app due to a certain amount of orders ?????? As soon as next month when I get access to the app again I will delete it and transfer all my reviews to another app. NEVER AGAIN LOOX !

You need to instal a second app, to do, what you need + you still need to pay 10$ + also to the other app

Loox offers many different features to our merchants such as the collection of reviews, the presentation of the reviews in the many different designed widgets, referrals, and also the new upsell feature that is open for now for free for all merchants. While we don't translate reviews to multiple languages on our side, we created the integration with Weglot, which translates the reviews to the language of the specific store visitor. This integration is available to merchants that installed Loox and Weglot in their stores. What kind of app disable your access on their dashboard app if you don't upgrade the plan ??? You are greedy and disgusting. Disabling the messages to new customers if a certain volume of orders is reached, is understandable. But closing access to the app due to a certain amount of orders ?????? You got so many users already, so many reviews, but yet greed is leading you. I'm really disgusted of this economic behavior ! As soon as next month when I get access to the app again I will delete it and transfer all my reviews to another app. NEVER AGAIN LOOX !

Our Beginner plan is designed for stores starting their journey in the Shopify ecosystem and is limited to your first 500 orders from when you finish the Loox trial. Our other plans are designed with features that give you more reviews, UGC and purchases that increase the ROI you receive from your subscription. Arrivati ad un certo numero di ordini ti obbligano a passare al piano a pagamento da 35$, nonostante il primo sia già a pagamento 9,9$. Questa cosa non ha assolutamente senso, non dovrebbero permetterlo. Sono riuscito a spostare tutto su un'altra app e non mi vedranno mai più, nemmeno per altre app. SCONSIGLIO!!!
