Cyrus was able to help me multiple time, reconnecting with our chat even when I was disconnected. The issue was actually caused by me when setting up my account, but no worries, Mailchimp integration helped me from start to finish, honestly flawless customer service, super knowledgeable and patient.

Have had a really helpful and instructive on line chat with Seph about how to take forward my use of Mailchimp. It has been lying dormant for too long and I have been guided to how to archive what is not needed, so that I should remain within the Free Legacy system. Seph will also send me the copy of our chat, to guide me as I make the changes and archive parts of my list. A very positive exchange. Thank you, Mailchimp. Thank you, Seph.

Switched from automated emails using Shopify Flow, to Mailchimp. I wasn't seeing that the first automated flow was producing anything with Mailchimp and reached out to support to see if I had set it up correctly. David was my rep and he helped check everything over to confirm that I had indeed set things up correctly and he informed me of what to look out for when it came to which add-to-carts were going to go through the flow and not. David was very friendly and helpful and the chat functionality is very convenient.

Cyrus and Troy were very helpful. Cyrus even followed up with an email when our chat was suddenly disconnected to ensure that I had managed to fix the issue he had been helping me with. Great customer service!
