Great customer service, super user-friendly compared to other loyalty apps. Gives you a sense of peace of mind before launching. I love the fact that they have a separate loyalty management page.

After spending about 20 minutes trying to find what I needed on my own, I realised it was much easier and more effective to reach out and chat with them.
