Honestly, I don't get the positive reviews... The translations are not really better than the native app and it's quite expensive for what it is. The most annoying part is that the app is PACKED with unwanted Ads! You are abusing the fact that I allowed your app to be in my store to show me sponsored content that I never asked for - this is an absolute NO GO! If I pay for an app, I do NOT wish to see ANY adverts there. Period.

This translation app is such a nightmare. It doesn't translate all website sections properly and the support is an utter joke. Also, theyve just raised their prices by 50%. I wouldn't recommend!

***update 04/23*** Terrible! stay away from it if you want an app that works and support team that helps. We used this app for quite some time and realised, that the auto-switcher is not working. It took us 5(!!!) days and several hours, videos, calls, etc to convince them that the problem is there. Unfortunately they just test on Windows and dont care about Android or iOS devices. After we convinced that the app does not work properly they have been working on it for another 5 days without any result. we are getting the usually apologies and appeasements but losing hundreds of ad dollars because of the app. If you are looking for an app dont get this. It is nerve wrecking and useless. ***original review*** I was looking for an alternative to Langify (because of pricing) and found the app. Great app, support (thank you Dory) and UX/UI! Thanks

Worst app I've ever used. It was a good app when I first downloaded 2 years ago. They changed their new UI and it hadn't worked properly until I contacted them. They especially messed up my international SEO which took me years to get there. Product pages' meta descriptions are completely from different products, same for h1 and h2 either. I gave them a chance to help me but they tell me that I need to update pages manually which is ridiculous because I have over 2k products in my store. It's not possible for me to do it. They messed up my international SEO ranks and are not willing to help me. Never ever use this app. --- Edit Feb 8, 2023 Response to Peter: It's not about me getting used to the new version. Your app obviously wasn't translating properly until I contacted you. So it is NOT me, it's you. You should take responsibility instead of trying to look like you're helping me, no you are NOT. It is mind blowing. They emailed me today and said that 'please let us know if you need further assistance'. Is this a joke? Really? I already told you what the issue is. Why have you NOT still fixed it instead of keep emailing me and saying that 'please let us know if I need help'. Total waste.

4 hours to translate 1 single page (with the help of the support team).. I don't write reviews often, but for this one I have to. I've tried this app due to the good reviews, but was far from good unfortunately. The interface was difficult to navigate and I had trouble finding the right sections to translate. Additionally, the support team tried tried their best, but didn't also know how some functions in their app works.... As a result, I ultimately decided to delete the app and unfortunately this experience cost me approximately 4 hours.

very bad app, bad support i was take 3 full days to explain tmy problem and nothing happend! i get premium subscribe to fix every thing but the problem when you change manual translate and save it there is nothing update or change in website until 24 hour? should be see the result change direct on website not as your support tell me you can give me what you need to edit and i will change it. are you serious!!!

Unfortunately, this is the only rating I can give at the moment. I read their offer to translate into two languages ​​for 9.90, in fact it turned out that a normal translation can be done into 1 language, and the second language will be a translation of something like google translate in real time, that is, it is completely useless for SEO optimization! I would give this app a 5 and use it and recommend to friends if I got what I expected! I must express my extreme disappointment with my experience using this app. While the customer service team was prompt in their responses, it became evident that they lacked a clear understanding of the issues at hand. I invested a significant amount of time attempting to resolve the problems, only to find that fixing one issue led to the distortion of another aspect. Despite my efforts to provide detailed screenshots in an attempt to facilitate problem-solving, there consistently seems to be a recurring flaw in the solutions offered. There are many things to be improved about this app's functionality.

Horrible translation to portuguese. If you have colors as part of variants they will not translate. For example, "orange" according to the support team it is not translated because it is complex. A lot of bugs specially with currency conversion. If you need portuguese, stay away.

This app is STEALING my data all the time! I have been using this app Transcy for 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I just found this terrible fact. As a translation App, it has gained the permission to access a lot of Business Confidential Information of my store, which includes all the information of my customers, orders, products and even the right to edit them. As a merchant, I have good reason to believe they are STEALING my business data all the time! DO NOT INSTALL this app, unless you want to be naked in front of them. And you don't have any ideas what & when they will do with your store secretly!

No Transparency, Terrible customer support. Access request granted to Transcy app team to fix an error that appears in translation and after that some changes on the theme where done , customers couldn't check out. We had multiple changes within the theme to fix this error without any clear communication from them on what was done when we requested a clarification to fix the problem.

Terrible experience, the application leaves too many objects or words untranslated, and the manual translation does not work or works poorly, adds unwanted labels to the translations. The worst thing is that when you uninstall the application, the damage is done.
