Order sold in July, I never receive payment. No respond to my email. Also I made a purchase in June, the order status is still in processing. Never receive my item and email got ignored as well. This is a scam. Don't know why Shopify still allow this Wanelo be here at all.

For those who will be/already selling in Wanelo: I have not been paid for many orders I fulfilled last year. If you still have many orders not fulfilled and the payment received is not timely, you should really consider giving up.

Absolute nightmare to get your money. I have seen the responses they give to other poor reviews... maybe if every seller is experiencing the same issue there's a problem, eh? They allege a 30 day payment window from when an order is shipped in order to prevent fraud etc... Once that window passes they 'schedule a payout' (kind of vague on the timeframe).... However... Sales made in August of 2022 took until Jan/Feb of 2023 to pay out and we had to email them to complain before it happened - no deposits have been given voluntarily by Wanelo based on their alleged payment schedule. They owed us almost $600 from Holiday sales, all were shipped promptly, I finally got my last deposit 4 months later in April. I had to send 15+ emails to get these deposits and they trickled in bit by bit. I'd get a small deposit... no response for weeks.. I email again and another small deposit. It's like they hope sellers won't ask, or will eventually stop asking and they won't have to pay money owed. Wanelo orders pay out to your bank directly, NOT with your Shopify payments, so you need to look for a specific, separate Wanelo deposit. On a secondary note... I looked on their site to scope it out because we had 2 buyers order $20-ish worth of items every day for over two weeks, racking up 15+ orders of $20 a piece back to back. It was very suspicious. Turns out they repeatedly give people a "free $20 gift" to spend at merchants, so most sales are $20 or less, and folks are basically getting free items. How can they afford to give so much money for folks to get free product? Very, very odd. When I asked Wanelo about the suspicious orders they brushed it off. Although existing users can access the site, it's actually no longer open to sign up new members. Their IG is stale, and website articles say they have closed. Yet somehow free money still circulates through existing users and they don't pay sellers without being asked. Pretty darn odd.

I have had this app installed for a few years now. I haven't really had many sales, but recently I have a few. I think the 20.00 credit Wanelo is giving people have increased the sales, regardless of the reason, my 1 star is based on the "30 day" waiting period before getting paid. I mean, no one waits that long to get paid for items they sell, except on Wanelo. I will be uninstalling the app.. Holding my money for that long is not worth the few little sales that I make on this app. Wanelo gets their money right away, yet we have to wait.. When I messaged Gerald about it, He said they were still " within the 30 day window" The terms of service say they start that window when the item is delivered. It's been over a month so far.. time will tell if I get paid.. but meanwhile I am out the product and the money...

Wanelo reserves the funds for the order for 30 days to create a reserve fund for any problems that might occur. The Reserve is designed for consumer protection against any instances of delivery issues, online fraud, and potential disputes. Can't even connect store to get approval to sell.. Every time I try to connect it re-routes me to the Wanelo error page "Oops, that's our bad We're not exactly sure what happened, but our servers say something is wrong. We're on it." User interface needs to be actively working, too many issues here. I have confirmed email address in the same in Wanelo storefront and Shopify, Email is verified in Shopify, live products do not have tax includes, Shopify site is live, a valid bank account is attached for payments and still my Wanelo storefront won't connect. I have reached out numerous times to Wanelo customer support with this issue and received the above elements as excuses to why their interface is down.. All of these factors were correct from the start of my Shopify store and did not apply to my issue. I need someone to actively find a solution to why I can't connect my Shopify store to the Wanelo storefront even just to be pending approval! Email is [email protected].

Awful and absolute nightmare to partner with this service, took us ages to receive our little part of the payments, some payment been pending for almost a year, some gone forever. I don't recommend any seller or buyer to work with them. Gerald, you should be ashamed of telling lies and false promises to sending the payments every time. Our journey was such an awful experience, full of lies, dishonesty, and luck of professionalism. Unfortunately the least I can rate is 1 star. the last question you should ask yourself is: what you call someone who runs away from paying people's money?

My Wanelo storefront is not showing my active items for sale but Shopify says they show up as active on their platform. I have reached out to Wanelo's customer service multiple times and still have not received any help. When you call their number it goes straight to voicemail, business hours or not. Even leaving a voicemail didn't get a call back. Still waiting for an email back after four days now and it's really disheartening as someone who was excited to be apart of the platform to get no help with such a major problem. No urgency here.. Shopify on the other hand was great and instantly connected me with someone when the problem initially arose. Shopify did all they could on their end and informed me the problem is unfortunately internal to Wanelo. If only Shopify's customer service had the ability to fix this! Update: I do not have the Shopify setting "show all prices with tax included" on for my store. What is the next step to fix this? Update 2: Hello, I have made sure that the Shopify setting "show all prices with tax included" is not on. My products still have not loaded into my Wanelo Storefront. I emailed you a screenshot of my product inventory showing active on Wanelo and charging no taxes. Update 3: Hello, I have disconnected the Atlas Giralos Shopify storefront and am waiting for you to approve my Wholesale Yeti storefront. I believe this shop will not have the same issue of not activating products that do not have a tax on them. Please let me know when you approve my Yeti Wholesale storefront so I can try to make my products active. Thank you Update 4: 03/16/23.. It has been past the 24 hour time period that my Wanelo storefront was approved and my items have still not uploaded. There is no tax included on the products and they show up an active on Shopify. Update 5: 03/20/23 unfortunately after waiting more than 24 hours for my active products to show up on my Wanelo storefront I still have had no luck. I was told days ago by a customer support representative that they were manually updating the products to upload within 24 hours.. not sure what’s wrong with the platform but seems very buggy and not user friendly.

If you use the Wanelo shopping channel on your Shopify store, please double-check that they have sent you all your payments. While doing my taxes, I found that they had not sent me 2 of my payments from 5 months ago. It was only after I asked them about it that they agreed to send me the payments. When I asked them WHY it took 4 months for my payment to arrive (and only after I asked them about it), they gave me this BS answer: "We needed to complete internal restructuring to ensure we can better assist our partners in the future. We appreciate your understanding and patience, and rest assured our team is committed to our partnership more than ever." Sounds like they just made up an answer to obscure their dishonesty. Please do check that they've sent you your money and if you haven't yet installed this app, don't bother, you won't get paid for every order - just whatever they randomly feel like sending you. Needless to say, I will be deleting their channel from my store, as these people seem to be running a fishy business to me.

Thank you for you review! Unfortunately, we are unable to allow sellers who have the Shopify setting, "Show all prices with tax included" turned on. This prevents us from knowing what tax to charge shoppers on an order, and therefore we cannot accept orders from sellers with that setting enabled. To sell on Wanelo, please uncheck that box in your Shopify tax settings and your products will be activated on Wanelo. Very bad experience with Wanelo. There is literally no communication. Took forever to ship products plus they never paid me. I will not be using them anymore.

Wanelo withheld hundreds in dollars of payouts from my shop for over a year. They rectified it after I contacted them several times. They had no excuse. I also had issues as *customer* with over *18* different orders that were either not shipped or cancelled but not refunded by Wanelo. Instead of refunding customers whose orders are cancelled or resolving any of those seller issues, they closed my account. Their "phone support" is merely a voicemail. Because they locked me out of my account, I have lost access to all my past orders. This company is mistreating and potentially committing fraud with both buyers and sellers.

This is by far the worst app i ever since, and they will not pay you for your orders, still have not got paid for my orders not even one. i have all the emails between me and support to show how incompetent they are. quite frankly this is a way to keep people money longer to help their own cash flow. i am not sure why shoplifty still allow them on their platform. they take 17% commission and still suck. pay me my money asap.

This is the worst app i have ever seen in my entire life! They make it literally impossible to check your seller balance, because all of that information is hiding! i would avoid at all costs!

I installed Wanelo App about 2 months ago. It says that it usually takes 2 days to review your store but still my store is not approved. Much disappointed with this marketplace and going to delete it permanently.

Customer Service takes a very long time to respond, I haven't been paid for my 1st order yet which was June 9th, fulfilled ,shipped June 13th, I'm still waiting, it's July 25th...they payout after 30 days when item is shipped or fulfilled, yet I haven't been paid for 3 orders yet. The fees are too high, 17.1 % and 2.9 % for card charges for a total of 20% in fees from your payout. Maybe they will email me back soon.

As so many have said before... I set everything up days ago and patiently waited. Dashboard still says "store is not eligible" and as so many have stated - the "contact us" leads to nowhere. It would seem the only way to get a store activated on Wanelo is to put in a 1 start review and await a response. Super frustrating. Is my store eligible or not? www.thecuratedcloset.net

I would like to know how to make my store "eligible". I cannot go to the page where it says "contact wanelo" because it doesn't pop up. It goes to "blocked content".
