I use Shopify a lot and, of course, the Zemdrop app. I think it's a fantastic application for converting your shop into a premium one. And, of course, it comes with wonderful technical support. They're always on hand to make sure everything runs smoothly.

I’ve had a great experience with Zendrop. They offer a very good selection of products, which makes it easy to find items that fit different niches and store concepts. The platform is simple to use and integrates smoothly with Shopify, which saves a lot of time when managing products and orders. One of the things that stands out the most is their customer service. They charged me $49 USD even though I didn't use it, never linked any products, didn't sell anything, I only installed it on January 28th and uninstalled it on February 1st. Again, I never used it and they still charged me. It's a rip-off. I want a refund, as it's not fair that I'm being charged for the $49 Plus plan that I didn't choose.

Products take forever to ship out. There is no support, and customers report poor quality. There is an issue with almost every order. Would not recommend these guys.

I have been very satisfied with Zendrop. Products, training, and customer service are outstanding. Recently, I asked whether a product includes an additional item as they claim. I got confirmation that the product really includes it, so there was no need to add a similar extra product to a bundle.

Zendrop customer service has really been phenomenal! Every time I have had to contact them I’ve always received a quick response and they exceeded my expectations by answering all my questions and show so much concern about my issues I was having in my Shopify store, and even made me feel even more special with a follow up phone call from Darlene, checking to see if the issues I was having was resolved, or if they needed to continue to help me with it after I did not respond to them via email. You all are so reliable and so helpful and I appreciate you so very much for your help and your quick . If I could rate you beyond five stars, I would give you all 100+ that’s just how amazing you all are! thanks for your help again, and I know I can depend on your help in the future without a doubt. I complained after Zendrop charged me again, but they quickly fixed the issue and refunded the bill. Everything is good now. Thank you for Nyka as customer service agent at ZenDrop! Appreciated.
