This company is absolutely trash. I would give it zero stars if I could. They will set you up and charge you. Not send you any invoice or anything and by the time you see it, it will be too late for you to do anything about it.

so far Zendrop is been ding very well with me, i have been supported by the agent Khubaib and he is an amazing guy, ive asked like 200 questions LOL but he keeps answering my question so clear and fast . Thank you

As a beginner to the dropshipping world and shopify I must say that Zendrop has the best support for any setup issues and general help. Everyone has been kind and encouraging. The app is easy to use and understand. I can clearly see product and shipping costs which helps adding new products quickly.

If you want to lose money, go ahead and work with this company. They claim a max processing time of 5 days, but that’s a joke. After waiting 5 days for a product I was selling, I reached out to customer support and found out the product was still in production. This meant I had to cancel orders and take a loss. On top of that, they won’t refund your ad costs even though the delays are their fault. And guess what? This didn’t just happen once it happened twice. The second time, I checked in with customer support after 3 days to make sure everything was on track. They told me it was all good, but two days later, I found out the supplier was still in production. To make things worse, their product prices are about double what you’d find on other platforms. And to top it all off, you’re paying $79 just to cancel your orders. Ridiculous. UPDATE 11/25 Third time this has happened. After 5 days, they only managed to fulfill about 5 out of 20 orders, and now, after all this time, they follow up to say the products are out of stock again! I wrote to Austin, and it’s been 4 days with no reply! Amazing management. Avoid at all costs.
