Horrible app that steals your money once you try to get into a free trial. It will take money directly from your bank account even before the free trial ends and will not even give you the promised month for paying.

Do not be fooled. Ive been using this app to try and start drop shipping and it has significantly pushed me behind and made me lose motivation. They couldn't even help me with my sample order. For my sample order its been over 2 weeks and i still don't have it. Please be careful. I was so happy to try this app and start my store and now i have to restart completely. and guess what, i have the plus plan and no help has been given.

I'm really sorry to hear about your sample order and also that your experience so far has not been great... the last thing anybody here at Zendrop wants is for you to lose your motivation -- we want the polar opposite. Please understand that we had an influx of new sign ups which caused a massive delay in support ticket responses. We've since restructured the entire support experience and are just about caught up with all of our queues. I truly hope you'd be willing to give Zendrop another chance as the experience you've had so far is not the Zendrop standard.

They offered me a free trial and then charged my Shopify account for the full fee, prior to the free trial ending. Their product prices are also constantly changing upwards, so it's hard to set your profits.

Please understand that something like this happening is always a hiccup with our payment processer -- we would never incorrectly charge you on purpose. For the product prices, this is something we have no control over as we're simply sourcing the products from one of many factories but I am very confident that our pricing is extremely competitive . Haven't used it that much, mainly searched through all of their inventory but the selection isn't nearly as much as they proclaim to have and shipping products on low weight/low priced products are ridiculously high.
Hi there. Yes, inventory is one of the biggest challenges when it comes to dropshipping. We do have indicators on the product listings to help mitigate that but we don't actually know about the inventory situation for every single product until our team in China goes to place an order. This is something that we're actively working on improving but we do business with thousands of factories which makes it very difficult to know the inventory situation for 500k different products. For shipping, the pricing is just really high in general right now, but we're very confident that the pricing overall is extremely competitive. I sold a product, and then just got charged $24 for shipping even though I was supposed to make $15 profit.

PLEASE BE AWARE: This app steals all product information from your store, including full descriptions for their own personal use as soon as you quote a product - it shows up on the zendrop site for everyone's use - costumer service is pretend bot, not humans and the cherry on the top - THEY KEEP YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION and you can't delete it!!!
Hi there! We don't steal any product information -- the only thing we do is allow users to import public products from AliExpress using links (this pulls the description, images, etc). These listings are then made public on our platform which is standard and the same process applied to the hundreds of thousands of products currently in our catalog. We do have a bot that helps you resolve the most common issues but we 100% have real humans answering question from 9 AM (EST) to 5 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. You can have your credit card deleted by requesting that from our Customer Success team, but we have had a few complaints about it not being something you can do yourself which we are currently working on adding. Kinda trash and impossible to cancel. It's "trending products" are old at best and most of the items aren't sourced with reputable companies. I got the app and started researching. There are way better options for less money, or you can do it yourself, which is basically what you would be doing.

Poort Support. I had billing questions and their support was no where to be found. They are charging amounts that i dont see it in billing section of their platform. Completely useless platform.

Been trying to get help from their team over email and its taking forever they've responded 3 times and not once helped me with the problem

Hey there! I'm really to hear your experience with Zendrop hasn't been great. When a product imported from AliExpress isn't able to be quoted, there's a number of different reasons why this could -- the product is overweight (there's a weight requirement we can't exceed due to shipping restrictions), too large dimensions wise (reason similar to weight), we can't find a factory that can manufacture the product at a level of quality meeting our standards, etc. We don't work with AliExpress or their suppliers, we simply pull the data from their product listings to make it easier for you to start selling. If you're in the UK don't bother installing. The items are all from ali express etc only more expensive, delivery takes at least 2 weeks and shipping prices are ridiculous! Very misleading reviews, does shopify actually check they are legit?
Hey there! I just wanted to clarify that we don't do business with AliExpress at all. We source the same or similar products from our own trusted network of factories. We just pull the product listing information so you can start selling as soon as possible when using our AE import feature. This means that the product cost + shipping cost you see on AE is irrelevant (when you go through the full checkout process on AE, choosing a shipping method comparable to Zendrop's, you'll find that they're almost always more expensive, lower quality products, and much longer shipping times). We do not upcharge, no hidden fees, nothing like that. As of writing this message, our shipping times are averaging at around 12 days shipped from China to the US + we have many new US suppliers with great products and super fast shipping times! Well, here's an update after we launched. I had orders come through on Saturday and they are still in "quoting" process - and it's the following Friday. This is too slow. It should NOT take 6 or more days to quote a product. That doesn't even include processing it or shipping it! My customers are never going to get my orders. Now I've had to go to another fulfillment service. Please let us know when you can quote on-time. I'd like to really use this as my main app, but I can't do that now if you can't process the orders. I'm really disappointed about this ZenDrop. Please do better.

HERE IS MY HONEST REVIEW 1. I downloaded the paid version of zen drop 2. There are no good products on here I had to do ALL the work and import them from aliexpress myself 3. I am paying a monthly free and then they tried to charge me EXTRA for shipping on a item that has FREE SHIPPING listed on aliexpress hoenstly, i liked the app at first but that just seems SCAMMY and not worth it considering how I still am doing ALL THE WORK like $$$$ per month and then you're upcharging on shipping but advertise you are trying to help small business owners. YEAH RIGHT ! There are so many other FREE dropshipping apps that won't upcharge you

We're working on improving our search functionality as well as improving our categories. Additionally, we've recently onboarded many new US suppliers -- a lot of great new products + fast shipping times! For the AliExpress topic, we don't do business with them at all. Do not use this app. They do not know how to process orders correctly. At the start of my business, they messed up my 1st customer's order, sent it back to where ever without letting us know...After several tries of trying to contact their reps, found out they stated the customer entered their information incorrect, which was NOT the case, Zendrop messed up trying to blame the customer. Then a customer paid $7 for priority shipping and Zendrop advised they do not do priority as orders are processed within 3 days before shipping, but never refunded the $7 paid to expedite shipping. Another order paid $95.01 for three items, Zendrop advised only $19 was paid for 1 item and they could not find the other order number. Money never refunded. A MESS, DO NOT USE THEM! God bless the ones who had no issues with them, but for the rest of us we'll move on to someone better with better customer service professionals.

I don't usually like to write bad reviews for apps but I had to in this case. I was satisfied with this app at first, and received a sample order from them which I was happy with. I then began marketing my store and getting sales, then came back to the app to start fulfillment shortly after and they jacked up the price of the same item I got a sample for by 4x the price for no reason. I didn't receive any help after talking to support and was just dismissed. Would not recommend this app, use another one instead.

I am using this app from 2 months , i have the worst experience with them, firstly their prices are too high in terms of others platforms ( big issue, i have faced ). As a result , you need to keep very low profit margin otherwise nobody will buy your product because others websites are selling that product at a very low price as compare to yours and the secondly they don't update product that this product's variant is out of stock, i have got orders and after you placed your order on zendrop, they will refund by saying that our supplier is out of stock which create big problem for customers as they will not come on your store next time. Third problem is that they will not send your order in 10-15 days ( as they mentioned ) , on almost every order they will send email that " order has exceeded 3 days to ship " , I am trying to find other solution as soon as i got , i will uninstall their app. Not recommend to anyone. Truly the worst experience of my life.. It's been over 30 days since my orders were done and my products are still not delivered. Paypal has banned me and holding my $2000 for 180 days.. Zendrop just says it's out of their control, its the supplier.. I THOUGHT THAT'S ZENDROP'S JOB, but nope!! They basically ruined my business for me and can't tell me if it might happen again with the next product i test.. I'm laughing because i need to prevent myself from crying about this... Tracking numbers still say in transit, while they are delivered and thus making paypal ban me.. The support says they will find out and then come back 2 days later with an answer that does not answer my question.. They can't tell me what the numbers on my shipping label means, THE LIST GOES ON AND ON AND ON.. I have no idea how this company is still in business.. This is not a fake review, i dare zendrop to go look up my account and see the sh!+show they gave me and keep giving me.. Will not be using this cr@p again...

Next time please let your costumers know that you don't have the product in stock, and that the shipping times will be longer than your stated 10-15 days. If you don't communicate with us, how will I know the product is out of stock and will be delayed for possibly another month? Currently have 100+ orders to fulfill. Do better.

When it comes to the dropshipping business model, and the thousands of products / factories that we do business with, it's currently incredibly difficult to have a pulse on when something is going to be out of stock or there's a processing delay -- this is something we're informed of after an order is placed and our partners in China inform us of any issues. The only way we'd be able to understand the status of every product in our catalog is if we contacted each factory on a daily basis inquiring about the status of every product they're able to provide. As it stands, with 500k+ different products in our catalog, this isn't possible, but we're working on some very big improvements that will alleviate a lot of these logistical headaches.
