I used this app to upload and manage my designs. The application was very easy to use and very user friendly. The issue that I ran into was the long delivery time and the quality of the graphic print on fabric. None of the print that was placed on my t-shirts and hoodies looked crisp, even when I made sure that the resolution and dpi was correct and that the image was of high quality with basic colors. At first I thought it was a one time issue, but it continued with every order. The quality of the print just seemed to be sub par. In addition, the customer service seemed to be lacking. Many of the customer service reps seemed to be irritated by my discontent of their poor printing standards. Because of all of this, I do not recommend using this company for t-shirts, hoodies, and any other apparel.

Do not recommend. The jobs are inconsistent and customer service is trash. If you do reach out to customer service, be prepared to be sat in the queue. They DO NOT respond in a timely manner. Jobs will come back with graphics in the wrong spot, too small or the ink colors already faded or not consistent with your actual design.

Thank you for your review. It's always interesting to hear feedback on the masks. Some buyers think it's too thin while others say its hard to breath wearing it. Some buyers say too big for my face and others too small. We do sell 10,000+ every week with the majority of buyers happy with the product and designs they recieve. Regarding shirt quality, we do have close to 50 styles of shirts with different cuts, materials, etc. Happy to help you find a winner for your audicance. The app is easy enough to use and they have a good array of products, but their print quality in TERRIBLE. They put so much starch on the fabric that the ink just bleeds everywhere. Then they shove it in a bag without letting it dry and the prints get stuck together. I’ve used several drop ship printers and Customcat is, by far, the worst.

I saw an ad mentioning that Custom Cat had speedy lead times so I thought I would give it a try as a possible alternative to the backlogged Printful. I ordered samples from Fuel, Teelaunch and Custom Cat at the same time. Custom cat still arrived later than the other two. The print quality is poor at best. I've never seen prints and embroidery work look so bad. All the samples I ordered were also carelessly crumpled up and shoved into the mailer bag and came out completely wrinkled and messy. This would create a horrible impression if I sent this out to a customer. This print shop is actually MyLocker, which can also be found through Printify. Absolute garbage. Stay away.

5 of 7 orders were wrong. received totally wrong products. my logo was done in completely wrong color. customers received products for a company that wasn't even mine.

If the RGB values are crossed between two of our color thread values, our machines can get tricked into mapping the wrong color thread. I finally decided to make a 1 star review to CustomCat. Every type of issue takes away 1 star and there are many issues at the moment so they should have received zero stars if it would be possible. #1 Quality control issues - I sold thousands of face masks and it's unbelievable how much work I had with customer support. About 5% off all masks had quality issues, either the customer received the wrong product or the print was bad. Not just a bit off, it was noticably terrible. #2 Shipping issues - CustomCat is offering an economy shipping option. The next decent shipping option is incredibly expensive compared to other POD services but is still basically standart shipping. About 5% of all orders were incredibly late and about 1% of all orders got lost with economy shipping. This isn't shipping, this is garbage. #3 Production delays - According to CustomCat some orders had to be reprinted multiple times what lead to orders being in print for 2-3 weeks what is just insane. I highly doubt that's really the case but either way, if your orders need to be reprinted 6 times you are clearly doing something wrong as a company. Also, good luck explaining it to the customers why their order wasn't shipped for weeks. #4 Issues with the apps order recognition - About 0.002% of all orders didn't get synched to CustomCat. That's not a high number but if you're making many sales, you can't check orders all the time if they are getting synched. It shouldn't happen in the first place but when contacting the support about this issue I was simply told to replace a manual order. Thanks a lot. #5 Feedback ignorance - Regarding all these issues and reporting multiple times on customer complaints, product and quality issues nothing has changed at all. I had so many complaints about the product with detailed explanations but customcat didn't change anything at all about it. These are the reasons why I believe they deserve a 1 star review because as someone who is selling a lot the company clearly limits someone in expanding and growing the business because you need hours every day to fix the issue they have caused. I understand that there are many issues these days but they just tried to cash grab as much as possible instead of limiting some of their services to keep the quality steady. That's bad business practice and hurt my brand a lot. I believe I'll take my christmas business somewhere else because it will simply not be an option, they will not be able to handle it at all.

I see the install but you need to activate your account by completing your settings. Try switching your browser or device if you have not already. We can be reached at [email protected] or by phone at 844 874 8623. Day to to day order support is ran through a ticketing system in your dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. We get between 50-100 activations daily so it does work and we'll do our best to help. First step is access the app ( not website ) through your installed apps in shopify admin. bad, bad, bad, do not reply, keep sending auto emails, do not solve problem, if you are with them check order shipping, they over charge, my client paid 4.90 shipping and on their orders is 13.91, and also they charge you in somebody else name and you do not know. like mylocker.com is confusing i am trying to solve a problem and no where to call. bad service..

I have used it for 1 month and feel it is very bad, 10 days without tracking leads to many customers' refund. Order status don't update. So very bad.

Hello, please check your CC processed order dashboard for fulfilment status. Most of your orders have shipped in a 2-3 business days average. I do see 4 orders from late May that had stock replenishment delays from our suppliers but those are in production and your should see tracking soon .

The design creation is EXTREMELY time consuming. You have to download their templates to use. It would be really nice if they had design software built into their app. These extra steps mean I'd have to charge exorbitant fees to my clients for their products in order to even make any money.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Their Christmas deadline was a joke. They delayed all my orders and took 10+ days to ship them. Their deadline of 14th December for mugs was a joke. I have received hundreds of charge backs and negative reviews because of them. They ruined my whole shop and will ruin yours too. 10+ open tickets and still not a single response from them. I will be charge backing each and every order that was placed within the deadline and still not received by my customers. I advice all of you to charge back too. They are scammers who are just here to scam.

If you want a successful business don't use this company period. They are the worst. They talk the talk but they don't back it up. We have order stuck in processing and production constantly, like 14 days out now on many of them. So many chargebacks, unsatisfied customers due to poor print quality it's insane. They're completely completely out of integrity and don't care about their customers unless you're a big time seller, they'll just leave your customers orders sitting in que. You'll be the one that has to pay for all the chargebacks and fees. Don't use this company!!!!

I started using CusdtomCat when I first opened my store in August. At first seemed good. Orders reached customers in 5-7 days. Then on my test orders noticed images cracking and fading after just 2-4 washings. Then starting around holidays orders were taking 8-14 days to get processed. I understood that processing may take a little longer during the busy season but 10 days to get it processed when they say the average time is 2-3 days. I still have one that is going on 17 days that is unfulfilled. I tried canceling the order at the customer request as it was taking so long and he still had no tracking number. But it said it was in processing and could not be canceled. That was 14 days ago. Also, at one point during the holidays you could not even access the app or upload new designs. I contacted their customer support asking when orders would be processed. The auto response said it would respond in 24 business hours. I usually got what appeared to be cut & paste response in about 4-5 days which said it is the busy time of the year and processing time takes a little longer, then it was we updated our machines to process things in ½ a day. But apparently not my orders. Why would you upgrade the machines during the rush season-shouldn’t have been done before or after the season. Then got an email that apologized for the down equipment and would start getting orders out faster. Nope. Had order placed after this email and it is still there 10 days after order was placed. I am currently looking at other POD options as CustomCat failed me just as I was starting to get my business up and running right at my first Christmas season. Not to mention the refunds I gave while orders “processing” and telling customers to keep the shirts once they arrive just save bad reviews while my business is still in its infancy.

This company doesn't care, I'm a long term seller and most of my orders are not made in a time frame that they promise, also they use UPS for shipping which takes a lot more time and lost packages. They don't answer on my mails and pleads to send out already, a few orders were over 14 days and still not done, I don't get my money back, if the customers wants to return the product it goes to charity, it's a let down! Products get bad reviews and I wouldn't recommend it long-term to nobody. This is my one and only bad review ever, I've recieved many bad ones because of this company. Stay away is my advice. Other honorable mentions, some mugs are blurry, some crooked and poor prints go through quality check like it's perfect, app has it's own problems with not working or unable to upload new designs etc...i could write a novel, the biggest problem and dissapointment is customer support and no priority when they screw up the product and has to be remade, it takes weeks.

I really want to like this company, I do. I want to use them. But heres the problem. Black Friday I had an order come through, two items, both t-shirts. According to their company policy, it can take up to 10 business days, but generally takes less. Heres the problem, today is the 13th business day and the order is still not done. I've called them, contacted them through the app and they basically tell me that we had "more orders than expected on Black Friday and that the item did not pass quality control." Okay, that would be fine for the first 10 business days, but seriously? If you manufacture t-shirts, how exactly do you manage to screw it up that many times that it doesn't pass quality control? Additionally, its not even a custom design, its a standard design that countless people are selling on t-shirts. At this point, it just looks like there making excuses and they can't even tell me when the order is going to ship. It's so disappointing, especially since I bought the paid plan. Yet, on top of all of this, I have gotten chewed out by the customer big time and likely lost a valuable customer. My store isn't built on the Custom Cat app. I used the app for additional products (we manufacture and sell cigars!), so I don't rely on traditional advertising to obtain customers (were prohibited from doing so)- based on that, loosing a customer, especially based on how hard we've worked, because a company can't meet its obligations is just wrong. I'm tempted to call and check the status again today, but honestly, I'm really getting tired of their excuses, its old!

I built an entire store around this app, ordered $1,200 worth of samples in 4 different orders to outfit my test team. Prints and embroidery were so bad I didn't even give them to my test team. Shirt colors faded into ink, see shirts through print, burn marks from over pressing, placement of prints incorrect, garments with other stains/blemishes on them, embroidery looked like 5 year old kid's crayon drawing.. they were all crooked and miss-stitched. When I inquired about a refund it took 5 emails and 10 days to get a response. Final response was they would reprint but not refund and wanted a report and photo for all 40+ items they destroyed. After 4 orders of mistakes I cut my losses and donated them all to a homeless shelter. On top of all this print time alone was 2+ weeks but they claim print 1 to 6 days.

if i could give them -5 stars I would. Unless you want to have to replace every item for crap print quality or terrible embroidery, hard pass on this one. theres pleny other POD companies that do quality work and actually QC thier products before shipping. This company has cost me thousands of dollars in replacements because of incorrect colors and just flat out embarssing work. in response to the comment below. the wrong embroidery color was only the final straw in literally every project being an embarassing mess. I am not new to the embroidery or POD worlds. the work you do is absolutely substandard.

CustomCat is the WORST EXPERIENCE our company has ever had with a Shopify related app or product. CustomCat product quality is horrific and the printing is amateurish at best. There is literally no quality control whatsoever. We lost hundreds of customers before finally switching to professional fulfillment companies that actually care about the store owners they sell to. CustomCat does not care at all. If you care about your own customers, you'll want to avoid all CustomCat products. Whatever amount of time it takes to switch to another app, do it and do it now! The app is deceptive in the sense that you can create products faster with this app than many of the other fulfillment apps on Shopify. The problem is absolutely horrific product quality matched by poor customer service. Again, hands down the worst customer experience we've ever had via Shopify. We're actually surprised Shopify is still sponsoring this app - it reflects poorly on them too. Don't be fooled by CustomCat low prices. This is a case study for "you get what you pay for." And in the case of CustomCat you'll get zero value, lose customers and deal with one customer service nightmare after another. RUN AWAY from this horrible company and their app! Need proof? Call CustomCat during normal business hours and ask a basic question about any product. You'll have all the proof you need. Again, don't walk away from this app, RUN! DO THE MATH: CustomCat has Fifty-four 1-star reviews out of 505 total reviews as of this writing. 10% ONE-STAR reviews! Compare that to an average app of 1-1.5% one-star reviews across all of Shopify. Run-away from this company!

My experience with Custom Cat has been very negative! -I placed a sample order on September 21st (just ONE product) -The order did not process until October 7th * (11 business days later) -As of today, October 14th, sixteen business days after I placed my order I still have not received the order and Custom Cat has been less then helpful and they are very slow to reply to messages. This is the second sample order that I have placed. The first order took a long time to arrive and I was very disappointed with the quality. I figured I would try another product and the experience has been even worse! I am so happy that they have shown me how they do business as I can avoid making a huge mistake with my company! * There was NO communication on my delayed orders and my billing and address was were up to date.

Hi Aimee - If we can not process an order for reasons like funds not available or a missing/incomplete address, we automatically alert you via email and the order is displayed in your error queue in your dashboard. The order you are referencing was processed on the 7th of this month. Its the 1st order using a new embroidery file so we paid to have that artfile digitized for embroidery. We ordered the hat on the 8th, it arrived on the 9th and was embroidered and shipped on the 10th. Please reference your CC, or shopify dashboard, for tracking because that order did ship last week. Our stated lead time is 2-3 business days but currently, our average fulfilment time is 1.5 business days.
