Support used to be super resonsive and quick to fix bugs. So far I've been waiting 6 days for a fix to their Product Groups tag system. All i get is "we are working on it" and they will get back in-touch. So it's an open ended problem with no time-line to fix, meanwhile I'm paying for an app that does not work properly with our store. Hopefully this review will cause someone more senior to start asking questions internally.
We have been using this app for the past few months. We turned off automatic review request emails, since we didn't want to send review requests to everyone. At first, everything worked however for the past 1 months, we have not been able to send review requests manually. No solution so far..

I'm extremely disappointed with the Judge.me Product Reviews App, especially after my recent experience with their support team. After Abraão ran some code on my Shopify store, a significant portion of my product images were removed, leaving my store in a complete mess. To make matters worse, he acted like nothing had happened and offered no solution to fix the problem. To add insult to injury, his manager Carlos was even worse. I showed him video proof of how my store looked before his staff messed it up, and he kept playing it off like nothing happened. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has caused serious disruption to my business. I would not recommend this app to anyone, and I certainly won't be using it again. Proceed with caution if you value your store's integrity."

Extremely Disappointed with the Poor Customer Service! less that 1 star I am absolutely shocked by the level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service I experienced with this company. The representative I dealt with was unbelievably frustrating to communicate with. He pretended not to understand me and took forever just to say a few words. It felt like he was wasting my time intentionally! Even worse, he practically told me that I needed to figure everything out on my own, implying that they don't actually do anything to help their customers. If you don’t understand something, too bad—you’re on your own. I have never encountered such a lack of support and unwillingness to assist in any business. This was truly an eye-opener, and I am beyond disappointed. I will not be recommending this company to anyone. They need to seriously improve their customer service standards. Unbelievably poor service!

free vertion no worth it
Thank you for your review. We're very sorry to hear that you're not happy with our free plan. From the conversation, it looks like you're looking for review pagination. By default, we show 5 reviews per page and then the customers can go to the next page or click Load more to view more reviews. Our Awesome plan allows you to customize to show more reviews per page, along with other more advanced features. Having said that, you can have as many reviews on the product page as you want, there's no limit on that. Hope that helps!

They misled us into their paid plan with promises of collated reviews across our global stores. Now, they claim a 'technical glitch' is preventing reviews from our Indian store (teacurry.com) from showing on our international store (teacurry.us). It’s been three days of major sales losses, and they remain completely indifferent to our situation. With no solution in sight, we're forced to switch to another review app. Avoid using them for your store at all costs. There are plenty of other providers who won't deceive you with false promises.

Extremely limited features. Be warned, if you decide to uninstall this app, their reviews will still pop-up on your store even after widgets are removed. Support was absolutely no help. Just gaslit me and told me it wasn't their review app, when indeed it was. I ended up having to reinstall the app just to manually delete all of my reviews (only 25 at a time - such a pain and waste of time). 0/10 Do not recommend
Thank you for your review and we apologize for making you feel like we were gaslighting you. To confirm, it seems that our reviews/ratings were synced to the theme metafield, which can only be disabled within the theme. We might be able to disable this for you, for which we will need a collaborator access. Appreciate you taking the time to remove the reviews manually to resolve this issue. Moving forward, we will work with the theme providers to make sure when the app is uninstalled, the metafield will be disabled as well.

Since the event was already sent, there's currently no easy way to resend these requests using our template. The default translation is not at all accurate for the free program app and you cannot change it

the widget wouldnt embed. i deleted it
Hi there, thank you for your review. Upon checking, the onboarding flow didn't run successfully as we couldn't identify an active product template in your store. When you publish a new product, the widgets will be installed normally. Our team has reached out to share more details on this. Hope to hear back soon!
Update on 4th December 2025: Judge.me can't integrate reviews from individual products into product bundles created by Shopify's native Bundles app! Such a basic feature and Judge.me can't do that? Unbelievable... ________________ My previous rating was 5 stars, and I have just downgraded to 1. I encourage other merchants to do the same. Judge me is not any more what it used to be. It's all about THEM now, and they don't care about your business. I have never seen a business where as a customer you have to apologise to them because you don't understand how their business works. On their chat support they offer something and then by email reply they can't offer that. Their "lovely" email customer service makes a great effort in trying you to understand how their business works, while they make absolutely NO effort in understanding your needs as a merchant. I don't know for how long we will be for judge me, but if you are thinking about downloading this app, I would not recommend it anymore.
무료로 사용할때는 그럭저럭 사용할만 하지만 , 절대로 돈주고 오썸 플랜 사용 하지 마세요!! 앱 자체가 업그레이도 느리고 영어 번역도 위젯에만 되고 메인 홈페이지 캐러셀에서는 영어로 번역이 안되 엉성한 부분이 많습니다. 디자인도 세련되지 못하고 전반적으로 유로로 플랜 사용하기에는 돈이 아까운 리뷰 앱입니다. 그리고 상담원들은 매우 느리며 시간만 질질 끌어서 문제해결에 도움이 안됩니다.
Worst App, does not show proper customer name, customer support is worst
