The app works fine for me. My reviews shows up at promised and my customers get their emails about reviewing their products.

Had issues with the App initially and contacted Trustpilot for help. 2 weeks later someone got back to me but still didn't resolve my issue. Poor customer service. I also made a personal review to another online store and Trustpilot rejected the review I made and suspended my account as they believed it to be fraudulent. Very frustrating company to deal with, hence I'm returning the favour by giving them a review in return.

The response that you received from our support team in regard to reinstating cancelled invitations is correct. Although we appreciate that this could have been communicated more clearly to you. The reason that we don't allow cancelled invitations to be reinstated is to ensure that all customers who have had an experience with your business are being asked to write a review and not just selected customers. This is something that we do in order to maintain trust and transparency on our platform; so that it's trustworthy and reliable for reviewers and businesses alike. In regard to your own review, if your review has been taken offline, it may have been flagged by our fraud detection software. Trustpilot has fraud detection software that runs 24/7 and scans every review for different parameters. If a review flags up as fake, it is taken offline and the author is contacted. Completely misleading. App is terribly flawed, I've spent hours with customer support on technical problems. Please also be beware if you want to use this app, you are forced to send automated review invitations (we like to send our invitations via Klaviyo). We purchased a Standard plan and were then told to pay an extra £250 monthly to use the widgets if we didn't want to use the app! Trustpilot refuse to cancel our plan within 7 days which also goes against UK customer protection laws. BEWARE!

The reason why we promote and recommend sending invites via our Automated Invitation is this promotes transparency and and makes sure we're being fair and open to everyone and prevent cherry picking. With regards to plans you've purchased whilst we offer a wide range of paid plans. Trustpilot is a free to use platform, giving you access to all our main functions including inviting and displaying your Trustscore on your website. Trustpilot contacts are usually 12 months, and details will be included in the documents you receive when signing up. If you have any questions about your contract or any terms, you can contact your Customer Success manager and they can assist. Reviews not being sent. I contacted support and got no reply. Guess i'm switching to another service as this one obviously does not work.

Got rid of the good trust boxes so they try to make you subscribe to the monthly bill which is extortionate

Very slow and non-existent support! Claimed they can't access our website to look at the issue, like every other App developer on Shopify, due to their policy. We had to pay a 3rd party developer to fix their App!

The Irony of the poor reviews on Trust pilot doesn't escape many, but I did give technical support about 7 tries to fix my issue. I gave up in the end, as the link between a "Shopify App" and Trust pilot was beyond all technical supports comprehension.

I was ready for giving up on this app until I came across a tutorial on trustpilot YouTube channel an I felt absolutely braindead you will need a laptop or tablet but it's so simple all you do is load up widgets pick a obviously if you have dark/black background on your website pick that colour an all you do is click the widget drag it to where you want it an drop it's that easy

Stuck on loading after attempting to connect the app to my store. The app is not working at all, so unfortunately I'll have to look further.

Can't get the app to load the loading wheel just spins for days on end - had a meeting with a sales rep told me was going to email me information still nothing emailed even though I have sent emails - can't use something that doesn't work

Recently had customer support call me and they were more interested in selling their services than actually fixing the issue with the app. I cant even view my reviews when I add the widget to my website yet they want me to pay for their service. Please fix basic issues first before asking for money.

huhghhh guys comon men what happend to this company??? regardless of the bad reviews I still tried to try the app out as I've known it for years too. I can't even download the application, it just keeps on (If a new window doesn't open, click here here) then I click on it and want to add integration, then I come back to a loading page that just won't open. do something about your quality!!!!!!!!! I don't understand what happened to you all of a sudden this isn't you!!

Updated the app and lost all my product reviews. Cannot get any support, this is costing me sales by the hour. The app developer is the issue as Trust Pilot has all my reviews but the app won't display them! Do not update the app!!!

Great support. They got back to me personally and together we were able to find a solution to get the app working again. App and features seem very good so far. Original Review: "Installed it but no connection to TP-Account on their website. Tryed reinstalling it through the websitelink and now nothing happens, when I click on connect to add my account. Completely useless."

Removed the app with the intention of reinstalling it as the widget customiser stopped working meaning that my site has been missing widgets for over a week now. Can't reinstall as I get an error message saying the page cannot be found when I press "add app". We pay £400 a month to this multinational company and they can't even get an app right. Support has been useless so far, blaming it on 3rd party ad blockers - I have none on the multiple devices I've tried to get this working on. Unacceptable.
