Incredibly unethical/immoral pricing -- completely useless for small businesses. No matter which way they spin it, $259/month to have the BASIC ability to show your score, is insanity. Used to have a free widget that displayed score, which they removed. They try justifying their prices by the 'features', which a majority of users likely don't want nor care for. Switched to making use of Google Reviews -- a free way to display your review score. I'd be happy to switch back to TrustPilot and edit this review, if their practises became more consumer friendly.

Beware of them, teh app ite self is good. code wise, but their business practices are horrendous. they will jack up the price 10X the following year. also eventhough I unsitalled the app some how they are still connected to my store

A complete nightmare. 1) they change your language without consent, no matter what I do, won't get fixed 2) the widget settings doesn't work 3) after initial setup I'm completely locked out of the app, can't get back in no matter what I do 4) customer service completely useless with robotic response and absolutely resolved nothing 5) finally i decided to uninstall and get out of this hell, for 2 weeks i still receive emails from this crap app asking for reviews. They can't (or won't) stop accessing my shop database. At this point i consider them violating GDPR for unauthorized access to my customer's data. Never install this lowsy app if you don't want to go through this nightmare. They are super expensive too, 199 a month for this service? Seriously?

Widgets no longer work and nothing can be clicked on the page whilst in edit mode. Extremely buggy and would not recommend.

Apparently the widget does not work. I have followed the guidelines, but it still fails. It just pops up for 2 sek, and then the Widgets just disappear. Im very disappointed from the support and form this app. I really thought it will be plug and play.

This app is not ready to be used. Not user friendly at all. Their widgets don't work, you can't add them on your website even though it's presented as an option. Support is lacking, they respond in line 3 days. Not a great experience would try Loox.

For the amount of money we pay for this service, you would think that their service level for support tickets would be better. The review flagging doesn't even work and even though we have an 'account mgr' they have proven themselves to be just as useless. Note, all I need to do is request the removal of a review that was clearly left for an entirely different company.

Update day 50 -:( Got contacted by support - but still no solution in sight - please please - hire more people... Update day 10 -:) Apparently someone works there - reached out through Facebook - and was informed that waittime for support is 2 1/2 week. In serious doubt if I should buy a subscription for the flex. Thoughts after waiting for support for 9 days.. mmmmmmm Initial thoughts I have had good experience with the free version - but would love to have the paid version. But for a new started business the different price categories are way to expensive - so I will not upgrade at current price levels. Support Have tried to get in contact with support for 3 days - now I have asked Shopify to help me to get in contact with Trustpilot. They do not have a Chat hotline - pretty strange. But the sales department is super fast when asking relating to upgrade...

I'm just simply trying to upgrade our plan from free to standard. Had a call with a sales person. After that nothing. I've contacted them multiple times, sometimes i got a responds that the message would be forwarded to the right person. Now we are 3 months later and still nothing. Besides that their widget loads slow and is also not easy to drag and drop in the theme.

UPDATED REVIEW: Trustpilot (Kerry) replied to our initial review saying someone would be in touch shortly. Nearly one month later and we have heard from no one at trust pilot. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Had a myriad of issue with Trust Pilot. From deceptive sales techniques to emails ignored to incorrect information provided. The last email I sent to Joshua Evans came with a reply to escalate. Never heard from anyone since that reply. The idea that this company influences the online reputation of businesses, while having such a poor reputation within the shopify community, is lunacy.

Had issues with the App initially and contacted Trustpilot for help. 2 weeks later someone got back to me but still didn't resolve my issue. Poor customer service. I also made a personal review to another online store and Trustpilot rejected the review I made and suspended my account as they believed it to be fraudulent. Very frustrating company to deal with, hence I'm returning the favour by giving them a review in return.

Completely misleading. App is terribly flawed, I've spent hours with customer support on technical problems. Please also be beware if you want to use this app, you are forced to send automated review invitations (we like to send our invitations via Klaviyo). We purchased a Standard plan and were then told to pay an extra £250 monthly to use the widgets if we didn't want to use the app! Trustpilot refuse to cancel our plan within 7 days which also goes against UK customer protection laws. BEWARE!

Very slow and non-existent support! Claimed they can't access our website to look at the issue, like every other App developer on Shopify, due to their policy. We had to pay a 3rd party developer to fix their App!

The Irony of the poor reviews on Trust pilot doesn't escape many, but I did give technical support about 7 tries to fix my issue. I gave up in the end, as the link between a "Shopify App" and Trust pilot was beyond all technical supports comprehension.

Stuck on loading after attempting to connect the app to my store. The app is not working at all, so unfortunately I'll have to look further.

Removed the app with the intention of reinstalling it as the widget customiser stopped working meaning that my site has been missing widgets for over a week now. Can't reinstall as I get an error message saying the page cannot be found when I press "add app". We pay £400 a month to this multinational company and they can't even get an app right. Support has been useless so far, blaming it on 3rd party ad blockers - I have none on the multiple devices I've tried to get this working on. Unacceptable.

App update doesn't work - we are paying customers, with app which is not working. Not able to edit trustboxes. Needs fixing ASAP - not happy at all.
