We have been using Mailchimp for a while but needed help with setting up their integration after migrating our store from WooCommerce to Shopify and creating an automation for signing up new subscribers. It's all working perfectly now and it was really easy to set up with the help of the Mailchimp support team. We were dealing with Mary, Sunny and Jess and they couldn't have been more friendly, competent and helpful! All issues were sorted within no time and we were even provided with customised step-by-step guides to help us. An absolutely lovely experience!
Marz was extremely helpful, we got separated several times and he always came back and made sure the issue was solved.
As usual Paul was helpful. However, this time round, he made it more challenging but I enjoyed the session as it helps me to figure out things on my own as well. Thanks Paul.
Realmente muy mala, no tiene ninguna de las funcionalidad que indica y encima no te dejan desuscribirte, tuve que cambiar la tarjeta. No se la instalen.

I was struggling with my store integration but Cyrus was super helpful even though my chat kept kicking me out. He would just log on again and helped me through the whole process and even with other settings. It's great to have proper support. Way to go Cyrus!

Cyrus was so helpful! I loved that the pop up chat box appeared automatically and help was given right away. Amazing customer service. Calm and kind and clear. I really felt like he went above and beyond to follow up via email with multiple potential full solutions after we were disconnected. Really the best customer service ever, Mailchimp is so good!!
