Despite launching in New Zealand and Australia, Trendsi didn't think of adding a product size chart in the metric system to their products, which means that you have to manually change every product page to add your own size chart. This is because the size charts are different for each product as they are based on the product measurements. Hopefully that will be fixed soon, as it will put off NZ and Oz businesses from using the app. You would have thought Trendsi would add this feature before launching a business in those countries? Anya, their customer service representative was lovely though and really helpful 10/10

My biggest regret!!! Do not get fooled by their 5-star reviews. Based on my experience, Trendsi is an inefficient dropshipping supplier. They do not ship products to customers on time. My customer ordered a bunch of products 18 days ago and they haven't received even a tracking number until today. When I reached out to their customer service, they said they would check the order status and let me know. They have no definite solution to my problem. They just say "We understand your concern and we are very sorry!!!" Well, that 'sorry' is not helping me, I need those products to be delivered to my customers on time. They have a strict and non-practical 5-day return policy made for customers but ironically they cannot stick to their 7 to 10-day delivery policy. Beware!! If you are in a dropshipping business, this supplier will hurt your business's reputation. I would suggest the newbies to read all the 1-star reviews and take their business elsewhere. Hence, save yourself from unnecessary headaches.

Trendsi looks to be a nice supplier, and I had built my online store with its products, around 700 products configured. I have configured two campaigns on Meta Ads, and when I finally made a sale, the payment to actually buy Trendsi products failed. After 7 days chasing their support, one of the support supervisors, named Mia e-mailed me saying that my personal card was being rejected because it has a high-risk. Instead of solving the issue, she just told me to use a different card instead. How can I use a different card if this card is NOT high-risk, it's my own personal card, used to pay Shopify, used to pay the Meta Ads and used during all my trips without ANY issues. I am very bad as I've spent so many times configuring these products, wasted a lot of money with Ads, and now they just say I am not trustful enough. This is just unacceptable. This is my order details L20240910000130892, waiting to be paid since September 10 (today is September 17).

Extremely disappointed. Saw a potential in this app so I changed my entire niche focus to women's fashion hoping to get things set up for the pre fall-winter season. Spent days doing market research, building up collections on Trendsi, rebuilding my website from scratch, investing on app plug ins etc. Only to be stopped not even half way through attempting to import the collections I created to Shopify. They told me I need to confirm I'm not a bot by purchasing a sample, then they'll remove the limit. How am I a bot when I've been asking questions almost daily and talking to them lol. I'm a drop-shipper, starting out and testing things so I don't have a seller's license yet therefore I cannot place a sample. Long story short, wasted my time, energy, and money on a wasted potential. What a joke, not a funny one. UPDATE: Just wow. One of their leads reached out because I wrote a review, not to help but to potentially get me to take it down and never responded despite responding professionally with my concerns as asked. One of their reps told me earlier that new dropshippers can start and get customer orders without needing to have inventory and that its only needed if I want to get samples. Meanwhile the lead simply says that dropshipping without a business lisence is against their and shopify rules. Imagine targetting dropshippers and don't even know Shopify's policies regarding dropshipping. Glad they rejected me like this. Rejection is protection. All they care about is turning you into a customer of their products ASAP by suggesting you order "samples" because they don't believe every new seller will actually make it. Edit: I almost wasted my time to try them again then remembered how their actions never match their words. With their OWN WORDS on several articles on THEIR WEBSITE as well as one of their representatives told me that I'm not required to obrain a seller's permit or business lisence unless I start generating over a specific number a year or specifically with Trendsi if I want to purchase a sample, being responsible I read their articles and confirmed with their representative first. Then redesigned my website, branding, marketing emails, banners, ads etc to based on their products only to block me not even half way from adding the collections I spent NIGHTS organizing. They emailed me following my review saying to reply if I need any help etc, followed up 2 times to that email and no response. Idk what possessed me to reinstall the app, but thank god I rememebered. Imaging running this kind of business and don't know a thing about shopify's requirements or dropshipping in general, let alone their own policies. AND OH MY LORD, just read this response to this review. Instead of trying to be helpful, they are more worried about dismissing my review. I uninstalled their app because they stopped me from adding products saying I need to order a sample to prove I'm a human due to my activity, not took down my store. Still building it. Tf is wrong with this company, lmao. So disrespectful, after all the communication I had with them, wow. Imagine saying I'm fake just because I wrote my experience, immature is all I can say. Also I just love shopify, me responding to this stupidity is proof enough that I'm real, but my review also shows I've tried their app for 4 days, and they're saying my store was deleted after 3 days of free trial? As if they know me? I'm laughing my butt off. Plus they emailed me on August 5 which I responded to not once but twice from my work email. If actions don't match their words was a company. Circus.
Trendsi takes all feedback and reviews seriously. More details regarding this feedback: Trendsi is legally obligated to request business licenses or seller permits before we allow businesses to use our dropshipping or wholesale services. Compliance with these requirements is crucial as it helps protect both our business and other dropshippers & wholesalers. Furthermore, we do not mandate our sellers to purchase samples. However, should the sellers wish to acquire a sample, they would need to submit their seller permit for compliance purposes. We did not at any time ask the seller to update or remove their Shopify review and can provide proof of the conversation at any time. As of 8/3 this store has been closed after the 3 day free trial and we suspect this is not a valid review from a legitimate business. Trendsi is committed to maintaining transparency and trust within our community and therefore, have chosen to respond to this review publicly.

This is my most recent update on Trendsi as it comes to shipping. If I were to do it again, I would definitely rethink the about the relationship with Trendsi. Their customer service is available, but they are hardly any use at all. Constant delays with shipping and even worse the customer service seems to have no clue at all. They are available and provide lip service at best, and provide timely updates that "we are still working to get the latest and will update you on the latest ..." In the past 30 days for the orders we have sent over, it has been extremely challenging. While their app is good, which anybody can do these days, their operations is almost ineffective and extremely customer unfriendly. ----- Trendsi's customer service is very good. I worked with Chette on a pricing issue and she helped immediately. Very nice! Another day, another wonderful service from Lorie - thank you for help with bulk uploading.

So many complaints. Using this vendor for dropshipping has been a complete headache from day one and I haven't officially launched but Trendsi has proven not to be able to handle large order quantities. There is no merchant support at all for shipping, delays, refunds, credits, nothing. They don't notify you when part of the order didn't ship. If you don't check each order one by one then prepare to get a large amount of emails from upset customers asking "where is the rest of my order?" I don't even have 100 orders and have had to process 5-6 refunds and offer credits and coupons because Trendsi has lost packages or simply not shipped out product. This vendor is a liability to building a successful brand and now I'm trying to source all products in my store elsewhere. I'm losing money using Trendsi and they are not a trusty source for dropshipping. BEWARE

I am very unhappy with the experience I've had with Trendsi. Although Trendsi provides 24hr representatives, they are not at all helpful or familiar with their own catalog. Terms and conditions change often, and as a small business owner, this is difficult to keep up with. I received several orders from TikTok through my connected store and each order was automatically cancelled. The products come from China (it would be cheaper to find the same products on Aliexpress or Alibaba), so the shipping times are 2 to 3 weeks minimum. I requested to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor's only communication was to copy and paste their new terms. When I emailed her back to ask if there were any US products in their inventory available similar to what was order so that I did not miss the entire sale, I did not receive a response or any effort to rectify the problem. This is not a good dropshipping company and the advertisements are misleading. Small businesses beware.

I like the diverse selection at Trendsi, catering to various body types. However, it’s worth noting that the drop ship prices are almost double the wholesale prices, which impacts profit margins. While learning to manage my Shopify store, I received limited guidance from Trendsi, requiring a steep learning curve. I believe more support would be invaluable. It’s my suggestion that the items could be more competitively priced, and the white label opportunity should be accessible to a broader audience. Overall, a promising platform with room for improvement in pricing and support.

CHECK OUT THEIR RECENT 1 STAR REVIEWS TOO. THE RECENT ONES SHOW, SOMETHING IS UP WITH SHIPPING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. My experience with Trendsi as a drop shipper has been frustrating and disappointing. Their customer service was much better prior to October but still had issues, but now it's nothing short of terrible. If you plan to order more than 2 items for your business, be prepared for incompetence. Their shipping and customer service are concerning, with powerless representatives who offer apologies but no real solutions. The support cycle is endless – you report an issue, they promise a response, then close the chat or email without resolution. Communication is a constant struggle, with no real answers. In my recent order, I was even lied to, and some items were canceled because they were out of stock. But in my store, they were fully in stock. When I inquired, I was told that they didn't pass inspection, but instead of offering alternatives, they suggested reordering. However, this only led to further delays and complications. My order, placed on October 18, 2023, has not been fully received, refunds are pending, and my order is now considered lost. Escalation promises have gone unanswered for more than 48 hours. If you're considering Trendsi as a dropshipper, think twice. While they have positive reviews, my experience suggests otherwise. Look for a more reliable and accountable option, as I regret keeping them right before the holidays.

I will never use this company again. Orders over 30 days no refunds on damaged products products not as they are listed example ordered button fly got zipper. The clothes are poor quality a d the customer service is the worse I have ever experienced in my life!

I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment with Trendsi, particularly concerning their shipping and customer service. I have been a loyal Trendsi customer for over four years and have recently encountered a series of issues that have severely impacted my business. First and foremost, the shipping times have become unacceptably slow. I made a purchase on September 22, and as of today, an entire week has passed, and my order has not even been shipped. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, their response was far from satisfactory. They repeatedly assured me that it would take only "3-4 days" for my order to process, which has proven to be incorrect. Furthermore, I have discovered that many of the products available on Trendsi can be found on AliExpress and the Kakaclo app at significantly lower prices. This discovery has raised questions about the value of continuing my business relationship with Trendsi. To make matters worse, when I inquired about the status of my package, I was given false information by one of Trendsi's representatives, claiming that the package was already in transit overseas. This misinformation is unacceptable and further erodes my trust in this platform. Additionally, I attempted to update my review using another account, but I encountered a problem. It appears that Trendsi does not allow me to modify my review, which raises concerns about transparency and accountability. Throughout my time with Trendsi, I have noticed several inconsistencies and untruths, such as their response regarding the availability of men's clothing. When I inquired about this, I was told that the men's section had been recently removed, which was not the case. In summary, my experience with Trendsi has been marred by slow shipping times, inaccurate information from customer service, price disparities with other platforms, and difficulties in updating my review. I have encountered numerous issues, including customer cancellations due to delays, items going out of stock, and slow restocking procedures. As a long-standing customer, I expected better service and reliability from Trendsi. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have left me with no choice but to express my dissatisfaction with this platform.

Do not use them. They are terrible at processing and shipping. Customer ordered 1 item and it was still processing after 2 weeks. They claimed it didn't pass quality inspection 3 times and that was the reason for the delay. They lie just so you don't ask them to cancel the order. If you want to have to do multiple refunds, use them, If not DO NOT USE THEM.

No tracking number available for more than 4 days. My Clients REQUEST IT and I dont know how to explain that a simple order take too time to create a simple tracking number... you have to UPDATE your system, just create from day 1 a tracking number, create a step by step process that my Client can follow... I am pretty upset

I do not recommend. There is no one to call for assistance. Material is cheap, sizing is horrible. I had to pay $22 to return. Majority of models are Caucasian. With plus size having only one African American model. Shipping is very long, it takes over 10 days to receive. I am writing this so that others are aware of all of the hurdles you will be forced to overcome with an intent to land sales. Not worth your time. Let me add that I am having to pay $26 to restock horrible quality clothing and sizes that are not at all to scale. This $26 is in addition to the $22 for shipping it back. Total rip-off. This is how they make their money.

I placed an order for my customer on 4/1/23 along with several additional orders of the sale Sling bag. Checked a few days later to see that it was delayed. I got worried and reached and was assured that they were processing and received tracking for all three orders. I check again today 4/10, for an update to send customers and see the later shipments were processed and the first still stating processing. I reached out to customer service again and after a long wait was told that the order failed inspection twice, so they canceled it. I received no notification, but they say they sent it. I sent a screenshot of all Trendsi emails. They did not help by giving expedited shipping to help my boutique reputation, just said to reorder or issue your customer a refund. I will be removing all items that have to be shipped from overseas from my website to assure my boutiques reputation of quality products and prompt shipping.

If you want the look of your store to be very ugly, and also orders are delayed, go ahead, their pictures are very bad and old, and their quality is also bad. I tried to talk to them in this place more than once in more than 3 months, but they do not care about their customers (very, very, very old). Learn fashion photography, learn to choose models, you are very losers
