Not sure what happened to Mailchimp but my bills started out reasonable but as my business grew, my bill ballooned into this extreme amount each month. What’s worse is when I went to cancel, they charged me even more for “additional contact blocks” what for? No clue… …. Felt like they were holding my account as ransom and I had to pay $100 to close my account to avoid the new monthly fee from hitting my card…. There are a lot of options out there, choose one of them.

Made syncing MailChimp to Shopify easy and Mortimer from support was a big help.
Lori and Rafael helped me with really stellar customer service getting my set up and sign up done! wish all online customer service agents were like this lol. easy quick straight forward answers! The problem seemed like a REAL hassle too, we got disconnected a bunch of times but every single time i got right back reconnected with Lori who was able to help me through the entire thing! Like i mentioned the issue i was having seemed particularly tricky also but with the screen shots and guidance provided Lori has COMPLETLY resolved my issue im excited to get to using mail chimp
